The customer service I receive at this store is always fantastic. It is a very busy store but the associates do a great job of letting you know if there will be a wait. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Barb has helped me on more than one occasion and is very mindful of my time and it is truly appreciated.

Moved to the country. Only phone that works out here is Verizion. Got a new folding smart phone. Staff here was great. Very happy with phone and service.

Have visited several times. Every staff person that works at this office do everything they can to help you. I do have my favorite of staff, but each one there will help and do whatever it takes to get the job done to help. Have never had a serious problem just little things here and there. Others come in with bigger issues and staff works with great patience to help.

It was worth the wait to work with Barb. She took all the time I needed to buy my Samsung s22 Ultra, set it up, made sure everything transferred correctly, transferred all my husband's data onto my old phone and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. Thanks Barb!

This is the best Verizon I have ever been too. Patient ,kind, helpful, and were able to recover all my stuff. Even helped witth my locked out email. Verizon is truly Blessed to have Barb as an associate. Extremely respectful, caring, and knows her stuff! Highly recommend!

Barb is a great customer service rep! She is so knowledgeable and friendly, and you can tell she really cares about her customers! She patiently took the time to figure out what would benefit us the most (as we have a business account) and was patient to help me figure out what would best work for me without breaking the bank. I left with a fully setup phone, that mirrored my previous one, with no loss of information. I’d recommend going to see Barb to all my friends who use Verizon!

Barb was an absolute DELIGHT. I hope to deal with her every time. I was there to activate a new phone after losing mine and being without a phone for 4 days. She had me laughing and forgetting all about it.

The young man Trent who assisted me was a breath of fresh air. He was extremely polite and not only made me feel like he cared but showed that he cared. I am on my daughters plan and we will ALL be back to upgrade and maybe even add a tablet or two for the grandchildren. I will be asking that he assist us again. A very nice gentleman helped me get my husband's new phone activated. He answered all of my questions and made sure my husband understood how to use phone. The guy was a real help. I'm sorry I don't remember his name. Thank you for the help.

We wanted to keep our plan but upgrade our phones. We didn't need the latest and greatest phone so we ended up buying ours direct through Apple. We walked into Russell Cellular and they were able to move all of our information from our old phones (2) to our new phones in pretty short order AND they gave us great information on getting around on the phone now that it doesn't have the button on the bottom!!! Thank you so much Thomas and Trenton! Great work!

Barb is definitely my go to chick! This girl is the bomb, and I’m not exaggerating!! Not only is she friendly, nice, and extremely knowledgeable, she can multi task like no one I’ve ever seen and gets the job done. The world needs more people like Barb.

I have used a lot of Verizon stores, and have always had great service. However, yesterday was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. They worked hard on getting me the phone I wanted, and I was able to take advantage of some promotions. They were more than patient with me, as well as laughed with me. I’ve never had such a great time spending money on something I didn’t really want to buy, but when your phone gets wet, you end up buying something you’re not prepared for.

William was the best. He helped me find best plan for my new mobile hotspot and explained everything to where I could understand. Said if I had problems or questions to come back in and he would help. He was very very pleasant and made it a good experience too.

They do real good work.

Cameron was awesome. We came in towards the end of the day and she got us set up with three new phones and even put the cases on for us. She went above and beyond what was expected. She was pleasant to deal with. We had called 4 stores that day. One was not helpful, one was out of stock, one closed early. Cameron had actually answered the phone and welcomed us her way with later store hours and a lot of phones in stock. A great store! Highly recommend for you to use them.

Love my new S22 and Galaxy watch!! Barb was extremely helpful and very professional. Would be very glad to see her there again the next time I come in.
