I shop here all the time. All my accounts for my company go through here also! I love everyone from the managers to the folks at the pro desk. They usually all have what I need in stock. If not than I know they'll order it for me. Delivery is never an issue. Absolutely love this location!

Bought 4 bags of potting soil. Went got my car, and they promptly loaded it up. Everyone was kind and courteous.

Joselyn at the Pro Desk offered us amazing customer service. We just applied for our Pro CARD and she made the experience so easy. She took action and delivered results while offering a friendly attitude. Joselyn is very knowledgeable in her work area and a great example of what customer service should be.

I recommend installing the app and setting up an account. You receive points with each purchase, and that in turn becomes money to apply to each new purchase.

Associates were extremely helpful and even helped load the Pick up truck with purchases.

A great place to get very nice selections of Annuals and Perennial packets of flowers. The packet prices I chose were $1.78 to $3.99 and there are plenty to choose from.

To my surprise they had a cement bird bath bowl replacement for my original 1930 base.
My project is to fill the hole in the bottom of the replacement bowl with cement (too small of a hole for my base) and use cement glue on the base. I am very happy!

I wrote a scathing review here 5 years ago as a Mystery Shopper, but times have changed. They've picked up the gauntlet and given the competition a run for the money. Great service. Friendly, and how about Aaron in electronics? Painted nails but honest. "I dont know what it is or does, but I know where it is." Good people, good prices.

Always enjoy my shopping at this location. Employees are most helpful. A gentlemen named Sam has helped me on several occasions, great guy. It's people like him that make the 60 mile drive worthwhile.

General have what I need or want. But got a better price on microwave at Home Depot. Still will try Lowe's first.

Loyal lowes shopper. Confusing store layout, always has been but much better help than at H.D

Lowes is a clean store with anything you might need for DIY chores to cleaning windows. Customer service is ok and I say just “ok” because the workers are usually busy and it’s a big store when you’re looking for something in particular

Went in to purchase a few things. Everything was in stock, and the staff was helpful and friendly. They loaded my items into the truck bed and secured it.

Glad they were there for our Work related needs for tomorrow’s job👌🏽 Thankful for a great American Store!

Lupe in appliances was amazing. She went up and beyond helping us with a new refrigerator. Also a lady helped us with keys and door locks who was great. The service was 100% better then Home depo which we went to first. Only complaint was that the next day I went to pay for refrigerator and asked for my military discount and they would not give it to me because the refrigerator had 100.00 off already. I asked for the discount in stead of the 100.00 off because I would save so much more and they told me no. Delivery service was also amazing and professional.

We had a great experience here! Our salesman usually works in cabinets and fixtures, but was taking someone's place in appliances. He did an excellent job and we are thrilled with our new dishwasher! I'm horrible with names and I really wish I could remember his name. Anyway, our shopping experience was very pleasant.

This particular Lowe's location is very nice. They have a large ratio of staff to customers. Unlike many locations, they do not fill the aisles with merchandise and block them off where you have to run an obstacle course to get down an asile.

It's obvious the management here understands customer service. I don't normally interact with store personnel except at checkout, but the few times that I ask questions , I've gotten a quick and courteous answer.

I shop at this location regularly, and highly recommend it.

I needed help in 3 different departments of the Mt. Pleasant Lowes today. Shan helped in all three! She was knowledgeable, personable and so very nice! So helpful. She’s an excellent representation of Lowes.
