I absolutely love this store! I go here quite frequently for my Instacart orders and the layout of the store is nice and open, their produce is over by itself in its own area, the employees are nice, and their new store manager is super helpful. If you are in the area, I would highly recommend visiting this store if for nothing more than the small town country store feel.

Store is always clean and laid out well, I am a truck driver and stop at this location on my route through Mount Vernon, people are always friendly and it's easy to get in and out quickly. Deli always has good hot and fresh food! Produce selection is great also!!

So we have Brookshires just outside of Waco, and it's really nice. However, nothing really compares to this one. It's just better. Listen up, MP, you are blessed to have this store. Friendly people, well stocked, and clean. You don't get that everywhere. Thanks, MP Brookshires. I grew up there, and you're still awesome!

I visit here regularly. I do appreciate someone saying hello to me as soon as I walk it. Workers are so friendly. Prices r excellent- penny deals especially. If there's a deal I'll buy it - not really needing it then...although I'm so glad I did when I do need it. Usually save at least $.50 cents off every gallon of gasoline. Enjoyable shopping. Multiple members of employees greet you as you walk in nearly every time I've been there. Customer curtious members are top notch. Always get the help needed. Friendly cashiers and slackers make my trips enjoyable. Store is tiddy and well supplied with handwipes at critical stations. Very nice job people. Keep it up.😁

They are extraordinarily helpful and efficient! I don't know "how" they know what a customer may want, but they always have exactly what I need or an excellent substitute, when I was told someone wasn't able to find it elsewhere. They often greet you by name, and ALWAYS carry your groceries to your car, refusing any tips! You will always feel welcome, important, valued, and well-served by the employees and the manager, who stays on top of the customers' needs. You can't go wrong here because the foods are crisp and fresh because the store is only an hour from the distribution center and because you can grab a great, ready-ro-heat meal or a fresh ready-to-go sandwich from the sweet lady at the deli! Don't forget to grab a fresh cooked carton of pulled chicken, too, so that your delicious dinner meal will look like you spent lots of time preparing it! You won't be disappointed!!

I love Brookshires, I am single and they offer the smaller packages. The store is always clean and well organized.

The brookshires here in Mount Pleasant Texas is run by some down to earth country folks that have some of the best customer service support that needs to be implemented and blueprinted across America. Awesome employees and this reflects all on the store manager and what kind a person he is. Someone please give him a raise on the job well done!!!

The checker had absolutely no personality! Her name was Maykala. She has to be spoken to or she want speak to you. Never smiles nor does she ask for your Brookshire's discount. Doesn't offer your Sr discount or your Brookshire points. She is in the wrong business if she doesn't like customer service. Sorry Tony she needs to go!

This little store has the best employee 's. They are always helpful and will go out of their way to get products you want or need.

Always a delight and they make grocery shopping as painless as possible. I am always greeted when I walk in the door and by every employee I encounter while in the store. It is immaculately clean, produce is fresh and appealing, shelves are well stocked. An exemplary store.

I love this store for its friendly staff and sales. I love supporting local businesses and would shop here more but the prices are out of my budget unless on sale. Great people.

I ordered a custom cake on Friday afternoon for pickup on Saturday. The person on the phone made sure they could deliver in that short timeframe. The cake was ready on time and exactly as ordered. It was also delicious. Excellent job Brookshire's!

The staff here are some of the best I have ever seen in any grocery store. They always greet you when you walk in, watch for any way to help, and if you plan on carrying your own groceries to your car, good luck! They will swoop in like ninjas and be on the way to your car with your stuff before you can blink.

This grocery store is always clean and well stocked, their employees are also very friendly. This is probably the quickest and easiest grocery store in town to get in and out of making it perfect for those times when you just need a handful of last minute items. Their produce section is much better than Walmart's but not quite as good as Super 1's and I've found that their meats are also a little more expensive than Super 1's. This Brookshire's does have the widest selection of spices that I've found anywhere in town which has saved me a few times when I couldn't find a particular ingredient in other stores. If you're into baking then check out their flour selection here because they have a wider variety of flour types and brands than any other place in town; this is the only store in Mt. Pleasant that I know of that carries King Arthur flour. During deer season they sell 50lb bags of deer corn with a "buy 9 bags, get 1 free" promotion making them the cheapest place in town to buy deer corn for your feeders.

Very clean, well stocked and excellent customer service! On my first visit Preston walked me to the kiosk to get a rewards card and set it up for me. Sharbrittany carried out my groceries and was such a sweetheart! Hard to find that type of service anymore.
