very delighted with the service they offer, plus the payments are super low. The only recommendation I give you is that you should extend the guarantee that it is not for 30 days but for at least one year because whatever it is, they are used cars but I am very satisfied with my vehicle and with my payments.

customer service was very good. i looked at one car and had my doubts. they fixed the issue but, later changed my mind on it. sales person was very patient with my decisions and went above and beyond for my wishes. i am very pleased with my recent purchase. this is my second purchase at MP location..

Horrible experience and customer service.. for one they can’t keep any workers every other month you’re speaking with a different person and bc the company is owned by an heartless individual it makes it even worse… loyalty is most definitely not something they suite in.. down payment is high, make sure you check brakes, wheel bearing, and all small details as I put more money in the car while making monthly payments… even when job changes and updates payments stay the same… they send txt about everything else but when it’s own thing really important they call and if you don’t answer they take matter their own hands but want you to pay for their hatefulness… if the dealership isn’t owned by a group well I can’t say that my only piece of advice is unless your paying it off the same day don’t purchase for them!!! I’ve literally talked to 6 different payment ppl in a year and then when you speak with them after their no longer working there you hear of why I’m sure the company won’t be around to much longer…

You pay a high down payment and you think the vehicle is mechanically sound since it has low miles. Then they tell you it has a 30 day warranty. What? Almost immediately after purchasing, the cam position sensor goes out. Then 2 months later it starts running hot. Changed both thermostats and water pump. Found that someone had used steel seal to fix a blown head gasket. Shop where you want but I don't recommend Win Auto

I've not been to the dealership ever but they can't display prices on their website. Unless you put all your information in and I don't want a million emails and phone calls. Just irritating when you can't just see the price of the vehicles.

I bought a truck here didnt even make it home the motor and transmission went out,they tell you a lie and say you have a 30 day warranty and they will fix anything but it's all a scam I have everything video and documented please dont buy from here they lie and will scam you out your money
