Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin NW - Lakeway

Enjoyed our stay here. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was hot and good. We love staying at all Holiday Inn Express and Suites - they are consistent wherever we go.

Nice and quiet.. very clean pool and the breakfast was great. People at front desk where very nice and helpful with all our requests.

My mother and younger sister came in from Colorado and stayed at Holiday Inn Express cuz it was close to my daughter's house. The room was really beautiful everything seemed to be perfect for them my uncle and Aunt stayed there is well once they got into town they didn't spend much time at the hotel we were too busy at gallivanting showing them Austin and going to the album and just getting to know each other I recommend highly seems to run in the family we all like Holiday Inn. And the funny thing is I was always a general manager of Ramada Inn and I turned them all into five star hotels would have loved her had a chance at a Holiday Inn especially a really nice one I grew up on Holiday Inn that's the only place we ever want to stay

The rooms were very nice and very clean. We did have to move to a different room once because an AC unit was broken but the staff was so helpful and moved us right away. The morning breakfast was great too. The kitchen staff was on top of making sure all the food was fresh and ready. The front desk staff was kind, caring and very helpful.
I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Lakeway.

As you enter the Hotel, you feel the warm, charming atmosphere
Manager Bryant & his outstanding Staff made our vacation a happy stay - such really warm, caring people!
The rooms were tops - spacious, very comfy, & exceptionally well equipped with a fridge, microwave oven & great coffee maker.
Plus we really liked the additional chairs, and the blackout blinds.
The swimming pool was a big hit too, with large comfortable recliners & sunshades.
We also liked the fitness centre, with cardiovascular equipment, plus abundant mats for floor work.
There’s well-stocked breakfast provided, with great coffee, to start the day .
This is our favourite vacation venue, & we with such warm, caring Staff, we strongly recommend it!!

We had an amazing stay! This hotel definitely exceed my expectations. I was worried about the bad reviews! But our room was clean! Bed is heaven! You can't find a lot of hotel that has an amazing bed! I slept so good! They provided things u don't get from other hotels, gym was clean!, free breakfast (it was real breakfast) good choices, coffee! Food was good! The lobby was always clean! The sheets were clean! They provided you shower amenities. Not the tiny bottles! Like shampoo, conditioner body wash pumps from the wall of the shower! The shower head was perfect. Staff was nice. It was quite, and just clean! We are definitely coming back thr next time we visit Austin. Thank you! Also thank you for having the bell desk cart! It definitely helped a lot! We stayed 2 nights, I got married In Austin and thus hotel was only 15 minutes from bee cave! So convenient and definitely very satisfied!!

Stayed here last month for a trip to Lake Travis. Very nice stay. Didn't interact with staff too much but the hotel was quiet, fairly empty, and cold. Clean room, pretty view of the pool. Quick drive over to the lake! Very near all our swim spots.

I stay at a lot of hotels and am primarily just looking for a bed, so I don't typically care about how polite a staff is and things of that nature. That being said, the staff here is so overtly friendly and helpful, that it really did make a huge difference and I really enjoyed my stay. On top of that, the entire hotel was very clean, the rooms were very nice and it was one of the better breakfasts I've had at hotels that come with a free breakfast. I've stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels over the years, and this one was by far the best all around. I can't mention how accomodating and pleasant every member of the staff was. I highly recommend this hotel.

We originally booked a hotel closer to the city which unfortunately did not go as planned. Bryan at the front desk was very helpful and was able to book us a room and check us in with ease on a weekend that most hotels were completely sold out. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend if you’re visiting near Lake Travis!

Our favorite place to stay when we come to Austin. The price is right, rooms are clean and breakfast is spot on. I love that they have a hot tub at the pool area. No complaints here!

Really enjoyed the drive to the Hotel With All the Hills Period Great Service and Rooms Were Excellent.
The pool was a little small but nice

Very nice hotel with accommodating staff. Although we only stayed one night, we were very pleased. The one weird quirk with the room is you need the main light on to turn on the restroom light. However, just turn the lamp associated with the switch off and it all works out.
