PECU is a wonderful Credit Union. I have had several accounts over the last 40+ years and their service is impeccable. Member Services is wonderful about solving my problems. Diana, Lauren, and Christine are just a phone call away and always have a solution for my problems. A couple of years ago I acquired an auto loan on a new vehicle which was one of the best experiences I have had with a credit union. Today I called PECU with an issue. I spoke to a loan officer Katie Witt. She was one of the most friendly and helpful people I have ever dealt with. She was very professional and came up with a solution in a few minutes.
