What an amazing experience. Hard to describe some of the sights. The dream pools aline can keep you looking for a long time. The reflection is crystal clear. The organ and tje sound it makes almost brought me to tears, made me think of my Mom. Great experience.

Good was good but drive thru was rude.

This time when I went to Wendy's it was in Elkins WV. I stopped for a Baked Potato with butter, sour cream, and chives and a chocolate frosty. I needed to get something soft to eat. The potato was good this time. The Frosty's are always good and hits the spot.
I went through the drive-throu and they were VERY Busy so I was there in line for a while.

Fast service and friendly staff and of course you know the food is great lol stop in and enjoy a meal with family and friends

Just accidentally pulled a jerk move by ordering 3 mins before close thinking they were open until 10, despite this the employees didn’t act annoyed in the slightest and instead delivered top notch customer service with a smile! To top it off the food came out fast and was perfect as well… definitely not the typical leftover/ old food that you usually get when you show up at closing time. Workers like this are hard to come by, I am very impressed with the whole crew that worked tonight!

Even with the alterations to how service is conducted, due to COVID, Wendy's was quite fast at getting our order prepared and to us, and it was correct. There have been times in the past that it took a little while, but their service has never been horrible. The drive thru was busy, but it moved along consistently. They are doing really well.
