I will start by saying that i have been working with phil for over a year now...and for everyone out there who might think he might not be the right attorney...he is. He has helped me get my kids back when like i blew every chance of getting them..pmus with my legal charges...numerous bond reinstatements..and second chances. And yes he is a busy guy...trust me i know...and to his staff im sorry for all the jail phone calls i made in one day...which i know u all counted...but i could not have done it with out phil. I looked everywhere for a cps attorney to take my case...and not one person would take it. I fired my public defender and went without till i could get the right one. Great attorney I used him on alligations of child abuse child neglect and won my case very knowledgable listens and gives advice also used him for both my girls adoptions and last but not least my husband hired him in a child custody case against his ex who swore to the judge child was my husbands got temporary visits court ordered by Phil so we could see her and conducted a DNA TEST to find out the child was not my husbands that the mother lied and the case is now being dismissed and my husband is no longer responsible hes very busy so patients is key but Phil will for sure get the job done.
