Last year we used Sherrilyn and she was extremely helpful. Jessica prepared our return this year and she was very nice and helpful also. She did have to ask a couple of questions about some of the more complex items on our return, so a senior accountant Marsha came in to discuss. Our experience with Marsha wasn't as pleasant. We had a couple of questions and we were seeking advice, but it felt like she was scolding us. She came off very condescending. We really were looking for guidance and she made us feel like what we were asking was preposterous.

Maybe a lot can be chalked up to the fact that it was April 13th and it's a stressful time, but we didn't leave feeling warm and fuzzy about our relationship with MLE.
