The Nine at West Campus

Alex Miller was so helpful! She took me and my roommates under her wing, knew the answer to every question, and really made the touring/leasing process easy and enjoyable. Love her!!

This property is AMAZING! All of the staff are so sweet and cooperative, always responding to whatever you need. They host fun resident events every month with lots of food, games and activities. The amenities are very clean and well kept. Maintenance is the best I have ever experienced. Work orders are filled within hours after you place them and the problem is always fixed. I have lived here for 2 years and had the best experience, HIGHLY recommend!!

I have loved living here! Despite being surrounded by frat houses it is usually not too noisy on the weekend and the complex makes up for the location. They have awesome amenities and huge windows- a huge plus in west campus. They put together a lot of resident events which is great. The staff is also super friendly! Definitely try and contact Megan G about living here if you can, she’s super helpful and knows what she’s talking about. (:

Followed the move-out cleaning instructions and got my whole security deposit back, thank you staff.

Rent for my furnished 4x4 was $895/month thanks to a special they had. Overall nice place but the walls were a little thin and the smoke alarm lights shined in my face at night. Cool clubhouse and events.

If I could rate the customer service I received today It would have broken the scale!

As a concerned parent I value safety as well as wellbeing for my daughter we were interested in leasing a set an apartment for her upcoming fall and I had called and spoke with someone named Jamar who was so enticing!, his energy was like no other he’s kind a new to the building I have lived here to leave before but I have never received service like this! Went out of his way on the tour! Such a beautiful location I feel safe interesting my child within this leadership! Everyone was over a friendly and I had a terrible experience at a building with my daughter

He’s definitely a keeper that’s for sure and he’s definitely made sure that all my concerns were addressed as well as as pricing and was super transparent! This is a beautiful building in a safe area and I do feel comfortable letting my daughter lives here we are still depending on what we are going to do regarding the school situation but if she does choose to go this is our first choice highly recommend you’ll love it here so beautiful I even spoke to people who lives here and they say they loved it!

The Nine has been a great place to live for my junior year at UT! I love my apartment, it is really spacious and we have an awesome view of the hill country in the back. Also, the maintenance is responsive, as we have had a few appliance issues to take care of throughout the year. The amenities are great, I love using the gym and study spaces! The front desk staff are also really friendly and helpful!

Was recommended by a friend to live here. Been here for a year now. So far I love living at the nine west campus. The management is amazing, they are very swift to serve their residents and really care about our time here.

Side note… I met the new manager Jamar today. Thankyou again for helping me earlier and being so understanding. You and the other staff are the reason I’m renewing my lease!

We've enjoyed our experience with at the Nine at West Campus. My son is on his second year of undergrad and he finally decided to move off campus. The leasing staff and manager(s) Gabe & Jamer seem like such great assets and was so helpful throughout the leasing process. Although, we were hesitant based off some of the past reviews but the level of grace and professionalism exhibited changed our minds quickly.
I've heard many great things about Landmark Properties, and the team did nothing less than live up to that expectation. I am excited for my son to move in during the fall with his friends, and look forward to him having a successful year with a more comfortable environment.

It’s pretty cool here. I’ve lived here since August 2021, and so far, so good. Hallways, amenities, and trash are well maintained, and everyone at the front office is very nice and helpful. Communication is pretty good between the team and the residents. If you’re confused about anything, just go to the front desk and they’ll be more than willing to help. They offer killer deals too.

We had a wonderful move-in experience at The Nine at West Campus. Jamar listened to my son's needs and found a great apartment for him. Jamar, Avery, and Hailey made the application and leasing process smooth and easy! So happy with our experience at The Nine!

I love the fact that it's close to campus, convenient stores and they're always planning awesome resident events. I received an invitation to attend the pizza party last Friday and got a chance to talk with Megan and Jamer. I believe that the management company values their employees for them to have such a drive for phenomenal customer service. My son lived at The Block last year (0/10 do not recommend) and moved to the Nine this year, he's had nothing but good things to say. If I could kiss the staff without possibly going to jail lol I would. Thank you, Megan and staff, for being so great! Will he be staying another year? HECK YEAH - 100/10

Love living here! The staff is amazing, especially jamar! He put on a resident crawfish event where he made all the crawfish and stayed up until midnight making sure it was complete and that we had a good time. Cannot say enough good things about this property

The Nine West Campus is a great place to live! Management is very helpful with anything that comes up and they are ready to listen. They often have resident activities such as little gifts, food, prizes, etc. The walk to campus might be long but it can be a good way to get your steps in for the day!

This is a great place to live! The staff is super helpful, any problem that I've had, which have been very few, has been solved very efficiently. The walk is kind of long to class, but honestly I kind of like it because it gives me time to mentally prepare for class.

Management is extremely nice and helpful. Maintenance always comes the day of or after...super fast!! Amenities are amazing, specifically the gym and pool. Amazon gets delivered directly to the door and the wifi is so fast. I love living here.

My friend recommended me to these apartments and I instantly fell in love after my tour. Management was together, and the complex seemed organized which was a bit shocking at first. They have a good thing going!

The facility itself is amazing with great amenities! The place looks so luxurious, and I love how I was able to get a great apartment at a great price, AND fully furnished!! The 9 at West Campus truly is a great place to live, and I cant wait to live there really soon!

This will be my daughter's second year living at The Nine. She is moving from a 4-bedroom to a 2-bedroom. The staff at The Nine made the renewal process very easy! Everything is done online and only takes a few minutes.

This place is awesome I'm living here starting fall semester. Its brand new and everything about it is super fancy and nice, unlike anything else in west campus. Looking forward to all the cool amenities like Jumbotron by the pool and club house to hang out at. Everything in the units will be new too so very excited
