I want CVS to know what a special employee they have working for them in Decatur, TX. I had been sent several pictures of my deceased Grandson to an old phone and was unable to print them. Anthony (Tony) was not only able to retrieve and print them for me, he was very patient and kind during this emotional filled transaction. I can't tell you how grateful I am that Tony was the young man that helped me this morning. Congrats to the person that hired him. Smart move.

CVS Pharmacy In Decatur, Texas. Is my favorite ❤ store. I will always give this store a Five Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rating. They are always Professional, Compassionate, Trustworthy, Caring. All The Employees Are Always Friendly and Supportive. I can always count on them for all
My needs. They have always had everything I have ever needed. God Bless Everyone Who Works For CVS Pharmacy. The Manager’s are always super helpful and Knowledgeable about everything You need. Everyone at this store in my opinion need a pay raise.

Despite all the negative reviews, my experience so far has been a positive one. Our insurance changed pharmacy we can use. I receive a text when prescriptions are ready and was able to get my flu shot. FYI during the weekend appointment required for flu shot. I have been waited on promptly. Perhaps the few medications I take are ones they have on hand. I appreciate what they are doing here, thank you.

I don't normally write reviews, but I must comment on this store and one pharmacist in particular. As a large chain, most people don't feel there is a personal concern for the customers they serve. I have had numerous situations regarding my prescriptions that needed consultation. All of the pharmacists and techs I have always talked to have been patient, kind and understanding. Pharmacist Thao in particular is always friendly and answers my questions with accuracy and kindness. He resolved an issue that would have cost me much more money and was very concerned for me as a customer. Yes, sometimes there is a wait, but I have been in at many ultra-busy times and understand the sheer volume of work they must deal with. I am totally satisfied with the service they provide for me and am thankful for them.

I usually go there twice a week. Always find staff friendly and helpful. Have my prescription filled elsewhere but always spend 50-100 dollars for everything otherwise. Love the nuts and goodies! Not fond of the cash register coupons.

Came 5-10minutes before closing and practically begged to drop off my son’s antibiotics and pick up that same night. I almost cried especially after driving 30minutes to get to the only pharmacy open “late.” So thank you Angela who helped me.

Every time I go to the cvs pharmacy, I find that the customer service is just perfect and the front desk service is also great.

Prescription is always ready on time! Super close to my job in Decatur, Texas. Staff is really helpful and friendly.

Nice and clean, easy to find what you need. Drive through is a little slow.
