Great dentist.

Horrible. My appointment was for 8 am. They ignored me till I had to ask what was going on an hour later. My kids actually really wanted to see a dentist, so I stayed, but will NEVER be back. They don't know how to schedule appointments without double and triple booking and won't get another dime off me after their attitudes.

Dr. Matheny utilizes improperly trained assistants rather than licensed hygienists. Staff member refused to wear a mask during COVID-19 while inserting bite wing films and x-ray machine at close range (24 inches) from patient’s open mouth. No patient screening for current or recent infection prior to entry. Did not follow pandemic protocols per CDC or ADA. Refer to multiple reviews on healthgrades.com from dissatisfied patients prior to visiting.

Awful experience. Secretary was very rude with terrible attitude. How do you expect to keep business in a small town treating people like that?

Not family friendly or friendly at all!!!! Honestly don't even deserve a1 star.
