Pavlovich Lucas MD

I feel like most patients only come on Google to leave bad reviews, so I thought it was necessary to leave a great one. Dr. Pavlovich is extremely caring and should be trusted as your orthopedic surgeon. His passion for his athletes is incredible; he goes above and beyond to make sure they are treated with the best possible care. Being a former collegiate athlete, I have plenty of experience with injuries over the years and experience with other orthopedic surgeons... Dr. Pavlovich is the cream of the crop. If you have an orthopedic problem, this is who you want to see.

My daughter is a softball athlete at Davis and Elkins. We are from Arizona. She broke her thumb and Dr.Pavlovich was able to see her right away and surgery the next day.
He was very informative and great bedside manner.

Dr. Pavlovich is a really good doctor. He did a knee surgery on my knee to repair a torn meniscus. I am now in rehab trying to get everything as strong as it was before surgery. I think the doctor did a good job on my knee and that it will turn out good after I get all my physical therapy done. I like Dr. Pavlovich, he is a nice guy.

The care is amazing, the staff are all caring, supportive. Everyone from the front of the office to the back. Dr pavlovich has wonderful bed side manor, is friendly and caring.
Would highly recommend him.

From the moment you check in, the staff is professional and friendly. I took my daughter there for a consult, he did ankle surgery that same day. A great experience !

Great doctor really cares

I will never go here again. I was involved in a car accident and cant hardly move my shoulder without feeling like I'm being stabbed. I was told to go see am orthopedic doctor to schedule an MRI. Even Dr Pavlovich agreed we couldnt further treat my pain without on. Low and behold a few days later they send a letter, not to my address, but my parents house in NORTH CAROLINA. So no wonder I was left wondering why nobody bothered to tell me! My insurance denied the MRI because Dr Pavlovich told them I showed mo signs of a tear or pain. Because of him, Its going to take longer to heal!! I would not reccomend any doctor that doesnt take you serious.

I know you don't have lots of options in this part of the country. Letting pavlovich operate on my foot was the worst decision I made in my Life while playing soccer at D&E. The guy performed an unnecessary operation on me just to make a quick dollar, my suspicion was later confirmed when I got his mess corrected by someone else. I will not let this guy touch a dead dog. While I was in school he further operated on 5 athletes unsuccessful. Do your research and get a second opinion. Don't end up regretting your decision like I do. I still don't have full mobility because he sidelined me for 10 months. I later met the guy and he wouldn't look me in the eyes because he knew what he did to me. Meanwhile the list of his victims grows every year. The 5 star reviews are completely misleading because his staff is fishing for them all the time.

So I Broke a bone in my wrist playing football in high school. He put me in a cast for a while, got new X-rays and said everything was good. Then years later got another X-ray and it showed my wrist never healed. Now I’m right back where I started.
