My family and I have been buying furniture from Havertys for over 40 years. The sales department of people are very knowledgeable and very friendly. Best quality furniture and I highly recommend Havertys Furniture.

We were looking for a solid wood dresser and found dresser, bed, and 2 nightstands that seemed to be top quality. The associates were helpful and friendly.

Nice furniture and helpful staffing. A bit pricey. We will see how the furniture holds up over time.

All of the sales rep are very friendly. Not only friendly and helpful to the customer but willing to help the other sales rep with their customer. To me it seems like a family working together. My sales rep is/was Sara who went over every detail of my purchases. When I was undecided on my first purchases, she did a work sheet in order for me to understand each item. Then Sara advised me to go home and think about it before I made my finally decision. We came to Haverty’s to shop for recliners and a extremely nice and very knowledgeable lady started helping us. Her name is Sara , she was not only the best salesperson I’ve ever seen but she helped us in a tremendous way.
We did not buy the recliners that day, but instead bought something much more helpful for our hurting joints. A really great mattress. Now don’t think she oversold us, the recliners we looked at would have been about the same price.
This mattress is a dream, we really love it so much.
I can’t say enough great things about Sara, she took her time, explained everything, no pressure sale we made a friend. I would definitely recommend going to this store.

Barbara Evans was awesome to work with. I needed a chair for my 88 year old mom who has Alzheimers. Barbara was very knowledgeable about all the products and helped me purchase the perfect chair. I have bought many things over the years and the quality of Havertys has never let me down.

The process of furniture shopping was a breeze!! We got to relax and hang out while picking a sofa & a few other big items!! The design team was absolutely perfect & they kinda sifted through which items we were wanting but it was nice because we had options on the design screen to be able to work out the traffic pattern in the rooms!!

Anthony was very helpful without being over the top and pushy, he allowed me to browse around and think. I will only do business where I don't feel pressured or feel someone watching over my shoulder and over the top "help". I know what I like and don't like and he gave me space but was available and went out of his way to answer my questions. He made me a Haverty's fan!

Jan was extremely helpful and the services were clearly explained. No pressure and the product sold itself. We wanted a loveseat that reclines without a console. Looked hard and loved the unit.

Jeff Chandler took his time to work with my brother in finding the right furniture that was comfortable for him. The their designer, Karon Reaves used the measurements in the different rooms to see what pieces fit the best and were still functional. I have never shopped at a furniture store that has taken the time to ensure your purchase is the right purchase.

Anthony, our salesman was efficient and friendly, plus answered all our questions and gave us time to sit on the furniture without us feeling pushed! It was a very good visit and enjoyable from start to finish!!

Anthony Edge is a really nice guy to have wait on you. He took his time and show me everything thing he thought would interest me. Very knowledgeable and patient.

Ask for Beth Johnson. Really high quality furniture. Drawers are dovetailed to faceplates. Hard to find that craftsmanship. They have geared dining tables. One person can open easily to insert leaves, again hard to find that quality. Excellent decorative pieces. Beth will learn your likes and dislikes and show you things on sale. She really takes care of you and has wormed into our hearts.

The sales associate was extremely well versed and knowledgeable regarding mattresses. She helped us to determine just what we needed.
