Dr Cater is WONDER. The 5 stars are all his. The girl who took my weight/vitals & drew blood was awful. Rude. No name tag so can’t call her out by name. (Not his nurse) No name & no idea her “title”. Dr Cater is worth it tho.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Cater is amazing, he truly listens to you and your problems. He’s very polite and has the best bed side manner. I hands down 100% recommend Dr. Cater and his staff to anyone. I’ve never had a long wait time but if I ever encounter 1 or more I will gladly wait….that’s because I will get the best care when it’s my turn.

Difficult to get to because Google maps takes you behind the building where the road is blocked off. You have to turn into the parking lot off of Greenbrier Road next to the Victory Fuel gas station.

He has greatly helped me with anziety medication with the loss of my mother. He is very friendly, caring, and intelligent doctor. Go to him. He will help you.

Dr. Cater is great.Staff not so much.Ended up in an ER with chest pains and a bp of 203/117. Told to see my doctor ASAP. Staff wouldn't let me come in to see Dr. Cater,until I came to sign a medical release form and wait until they got my record.They would then call me for an appt.I worked in a docs office for years. Apparently, these newbies didn't think"hey,I can call the hospital and they can send them while the patient is waiting in the office."
I've done this for my patients a lot for their convenience because I cared.I live 35 miles away and they wanted to drive there to sign papers.
These girls need to learn compassion fortheir patients.A lesson in multitasking wouldn't hurt.
Still love my doctor. Will always refer him to those needing a doctor that cares.Staff,not so much. They're there for a paycheck.
