Really good waitress. The have options for gluten sensitive but not a lot and their allergy menu in store is outdated and doesn't include all menu items. Nothing gluten free specific like bread or pasta. French fries are not gluten free.

Service was fantastic considering the unusually large group we had we had. They were were like I said fantastic. Our waitress was the best ever and on top of her game. I wish I had gotten her name. But she georgous with super curly hair. So if you get her as your waitress you will be well taken care of. The rest of the staff was great as well. The food was great as well. I'd recommend this location any day.

We didn't come at a busy time, we were seated right away. Karen was our server, she was very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We got spicy jack cheese wedges and they were, indeed, a little spicy, fresh, and delicious with the salsa that was served. I had a mixed drink that had a strawberry puree, I cant remember the name, but it was sweet and strong. My husband and I ate rolls while waiting on our entree, and the rolls were a bit deflated and hard (I'm assuming because they weren't busy), but when our entrees came they were fantastic. I wish the sweet potato mash was more on the savory side, but I found it tasted more like applesauce than mashed potatoes. The steak was a little over medium when I asked for medium, but it was still juicy and Delicious. Karen asked if we were interested in dessert but we declined, as we were stuffed from our meal. Overall, it was a great visit!

We ate today at o’Charley’s for an early dinner. Jeff was our waiter and I am blown away at the service we received. Not often your waiter makes the meal 10x better. Food was delicious, but the service was incredible!

Hubby and I visited for lunch, we sat in a booth in the Bar area.
We had a great time chatting with the bartender (our waitress), very nice and had great suggestions.
Hubby got a Sirloin that was cooked a PERFECT med/rare+.
My chef's salad was filled with fresh produce and the suggested dressing was amazing.

Thank you Jason H. For making our dinning experience at your location complete. The rolls were not in favor but immediately correct ed upon request.

Server in the bar area was awesome-on top of it. California chicken salad was great! Didn’t care for the fries.

The food was fantastic! The prices are reasonable, and the service is great. We were very satisfied with our first visit, and would definitely recommend. We'll certainly be back!

Excellent food and service but they are a bit pricey. I got a fried chicken salad and my friend got mashed sweet potatoes and a piece of chicken and the bill came to 36.00 before the tip.

They really have upped their game here! Service was great, and the food reminded of what it used to taste like. I'm glad to see they are going back to what they are known for!

The food was good. The Santa Fe Tilapia was really good my mom love it. I had the ribs it was good with the Carolina BBQ sauce but disappointed with the size of the ribs, they insisted that the full rack. And it is not the traditional full rack it has more meat but it look like they cut the other half. Next time I will just get the other items that they offer.

One of the best pork chops I ever tasted.
It was wonderful dinning there the margaritas and barcardi hurricane drinks are awesome and chicken tenders with chilpote sauce was very delicious

The service was great, efficient and the waitress was very good. She was very concerned that we had what we wanted..

Always a Good Meal here. As for Service, I've never had a complaint seated at the Bar, you'll definitely get treated decently there. As for the dinning room areas, there have been on occasion, but with new employees over time, (4-years), you're bound to have occasions of annoyance.

I took my mother there yesterday. The food was amazing, as always!! Our waitress was so sweet and helpful !!

It was a top notch resturant. Our waitress was exceptional. I left her a very good tip. I loved the food and it was all ro our liking. The atmosphere was great and all the staff was exceptional. The price was reasonable and I'm happy all the way around. I would definitely recommend this place foe dinner or a fast meal. You can order ahead and it has take out. I'm from Minnesota and we don't have a single one in our state. Thanks

Organization Christmas Party, their 1st since covid. Wow, great job O'Charleys from front end to back end. Yuree is exceptional. Chelsey is an above professional customer service server. Food was great! If they're there will be back for sure next Christmas.
