SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Airport South

Prior to arriving I checked into our room via the Marriott app. Once there the lady at the front desk was very nice! Our room was clean and modern looking. Everything was great except for the complimentary breakfast and housekeeping. There was hardly anything out for breakfast and when asked about it the breakfast attendant had an attitude. We asked housekeeping to borrow a broom so we could sweep up some confetti in our room and they refused. Other than that our stay was great! The hotel is in a great location, literally within walking distance to the casino and Target!

The staff was amazing catered to every need if you are ever in the area I would suggest staying here has a workout facility and swimming pool for you and the kids to enjoy with a set temperature at 80° always so definitely check it out along with a confession area that actually sells beer and wine just if you're trying to get romantic or want to kick back and just enjoy a refreshment there are many restaurants in the area nearby so food is not a problem to obtain shower and bathroom separated so if anyone had to take a s*** you won't have to smell it while you taking a shower they also have game connections on the TV for a good family night USB ports and Chargers also oh and also there were only two employees and they still made sure everything was taken care of at the time of my stay I wish I could think of their names but sorry ladies I would have liked to tell the owners of the company to reward you to with something special but I just can't recall your names oh yeah and before I forget there are also Apple parking spaces and you have a gaming casino right behind the building especially if you like better than horses and playing slots this was truly an experience this past weekend I will definitely be visiting this establishment again and again thank you all for your kind hospitality

This is a very nice and well kept hotel. They have a great selection in their little market from snacks to drinks. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very polite and friendly. Our room was clean and we even had a great view watching the horses at the track warm up in the morning. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Excellent hotel. The staff is very personable. The manager, Danete, was very accommodating. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The hot breakfast had plenty of options.

This is our new go-to hotel whenever we are in the Cincinnati/Florence area.

Near a lot of restaurants and walking distance to the horse track and gaming! I've been here 2 weekends in a row for work and loved every stay. Customer service is excellent! The rooms are so nice!

This hotel is very accommodating to families. Ruben at the front desk was extremely helpful and I was grateful for his kind service.

We just stayed there for the night after a concert. The layout of the rooms is pretty cool.
There's a big couch/chunky hide-a-bed in the sitting area, also liked that the toilet and the sink was separate from the shower room.
The room wasn't humongous but it was very clean and modern.
There's a pool there too and free breakfast in the morning.

This newly built hotel by Turfway's horse race track was amazing. There's plenty of room for a family of 4, traveling on a budget. Weekend breakfast is served til 10:00 am. The indoor pool is open til 10:00 pm, and was perfect for the little ones to get some energy out before bed.

My little ones wanted a snack, but all they had available was convenience store chips, candy and frozen meals that could be cooked it the microwaves. Staff at the front desk went to the kitchen to get us some fresh oranges and apples that they set up at breakfast. The front desk staff was so nice!!

Best Hotel in the area!! Been here for over 12 weeks for work and will continue the stay as the staff here are very kind and very helpful!! Thank you to the Team!!

We love Springhill Suites! The rooms are amazing. Our view was of a horse racing track. If you have kids they have a pull out mattress from under a large couch. The breakfast they have waffles and eggs and sausage. They have some fruit. There is oatmeal and some toppings. Bread items, cereal/milk, Juices, etc. I feel like they should have more options for the waffles not just syrup.

We rented the conference room. Beautiful hotel lobby. The staff was very accommodating.

Floor of shower stall slick, inadequate towel rack to hang drying towel. Lighting of room was too dim. Disappointed that hot tub no longer in building. Pool is small. Bed was very comfortable; relaxing, quiet atmosphere, love the split bathroom. Overall enjoyed our stay. Great pricing!

Location is great: easy off (with navigation) easy on freeway. Street side noise and airplanes overhead were not great for sleep. However, the clean, well stocked and beautifully appointed rooms, the staff (Tyra and Asia) MORE than made up for that rather small inconvenience. Very reasonable rate, pool, workout room, and breakfast/dining area are a super value!

25 people spread across 8 rooms and right in the middle of good food and great destinations. The pool was small but the kids had fun. There was never a problem getting towels and trust me we were flying through them. Continental breakfast was good enough for us and if I had any complaints at all it would be the coffee situation. The house coffee was not very good and surely didn't have much caffeine in it. I brought my own coffee but the in room coffee maker only accepts special hotel pod things and once again that was not good at all. We went to Walmart and bought a coffee pot and problem solved. Other than the coffee I can't complain at all.

Room was clean, cozy, and quiet. The ceiling was peeling, but everything else was wonderful. Staff was helpful. Breakfast had cold items, eggs, sausage, and waffles. Definitely recommend for the price.

This is our 2nd stay here with a Michigan Baseball Team. We brought extra family this time and had an opportunity to visit local attractions. All staff were warm, friendly and accommodating. They were patient with our younger boys. Pool was perfect for them to wear off some energy. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, love the split bath/shower option; much easier to get ready. Lots of shopping and restaurants in area. Easy access to main roads and expressways. Honestly, a bit of nighttime noise with main roads and airport not far, but we sleep well here. Close drive to the Ark exhibit and I'll plan on staying here again to revisit the Ark.

The room was very comfortable and clean with a well thought out floorplan.. At check-in, staff was helpful in providing dining options close by. The breakfast was a nice assortment of hot and cold choices. The breakfast area attendant was there, keeping the area stocked and clean.
