From day one of the estimate I was very impressed with this company. They pointed out damage the other “Let Us Do It!” bidding companies completely glossed over; we wouldn’t have had such complete coverage without the job forman Derek’s thorough inspection and subsequent working with our insurance company.

Affordable Contracting did an entire roof replacement on my large horse farm and enormous metal riding arena which was damaged by a hailstorm. If you know horses, you know that they cannot be anywhere near sharp objects because they will find them, step on them, and then die a horrible death. Needless to say, I was a basket case about the job, because there was no way for me to segregate my horses from the work area. But Derek went out of his way to make sure that my animals would all be safe. His meticulous instructions to his crew and his thorough daily clean up was outstanding. There was even a very steep hip-line on my barn roof that the crew shingled with speed and efficiency.

I would absolutely recommend this company for work on anyone’s construction projects. And if you see Derek, give him a pat on the back and a cold beer for me!

Jesse, the owner was fantastic! He was professional and easy to communicate with! I had him over to assess whether or not our home had hail damage. He was very honest with me (we did not have damage) and he educated me about why he felt there was no damage. We had Affordable install a new roof, new siding, gutters and downspouts and new exterior doors. The quality of materials and work are both excellent. Work was timely with great attention to detail. Affordable Contracting Services did new roof, gutters, siding and windows for us. We are really happy with the outcome. They were easy to work with and took some extra steps the builder didn’t on the siding and windows, which will help us avoid future issues. Highly recommend!

Affordable Contracting replaced our roof, siding, and gutters in 2021. They also put gutter toppers on and wrapped trim around the garage doors. We got 4 bids and compared price and warranty and Affordable Contracting’s bid was the clear winner. Owner Jesse did a great job of keeping us informed and managing the project. He also provided guidance in the selection process. We’re very happy with the entire experience!

We had a new roof and gutter installed and had a chimney with rotten siding removed and replaced with a B vent as well as some rotten siding under a dormer replaced. Installation went well and the roof and gutters look great! Removing the chimney and replacing siding under the dormer has made the house look much neater. Owners Jesse and Marie were very helpful in the process from start to finish. They understood what we wanted done and came back with an accurate quote at a competitive price. Communication was timely and it was easy to have any extra questions answered. Great service, quality, and value from a local, family owned business.

I called Affordable Contracting Services to remove a load bearing wall in my house. The owner came over for an estimate and was very professional and gave a fair price. Like all other good contractors during these times, I had to schedule the job out a couple/few months. The owner called me at the end of a week and asked if they could bump me up on their schedule and start on Monday, so they could have an inside job during a cold stretch. The owner and his crew showed up on time, every day. The first day, the owner ran to get materials so his crew could start on demo. For the little bit that I was home while they were working, I saw the crew being very meticulous in not making any bigger of a mess than they had to. At the end of each day, they cleaned up very well which was greatly appreciated with kids and pets. The crew was very nice and informative. I was not left in the dark or wondering about anything during the project. The owner was also very responsive every time I had to call or text him. I have saved his contact information and he will definitely be my first call the next time I need a contractor! I would highly recommend the services of Affordable Contracting.

We hired Affordable Contracting Services for two projects- a garage remodel and new metal roof on our home. The work they do is amazing! They always clean up at the end of the day before they leave. All of his employees are courteous and friendly. I recommend them to friends and family. They've done work for two of my friends and both of them are very happy with the work that was done. Jesse takes the time to listen to your needs and then comes up with a plan that stays within your budget while still using quality products. I wouldn't hire anyone else for my next project!

Jesse was fantastic to work with when we needed new gutters and a roof replaced on our home. His crew did a complete tear off and replacement in a day. Initially started with this company when our neighbors had them for their roof and were pleased with them. Every employee was efficient, polite and even arrived early. Every detail was explained prior to starting and all our questions were answered. I recommend this company AND everyone of their employees without hesitation. We understood when we reached out to Affordable Contracting Services that many contractors were already back-logged with projects and the global supply chain issues only made things more complex. Jesse and his team took the time to explain what we could expect throughout the project in terms of timing and cost. He answered all of our questions and proactively answered questions that we didn't know to ask yet.

We had wind damage to our house and Affordable Contracting came out the same day I called them to review the damage. They matched my insurance quote and were able to get us on their calendar within the week, but due to a cancellation they came sooner than expected! The roofers worked quickly and completed our roof in a day. They made sure to thoroughly clean up the mess and left the yard/driveway looking as it did before they started. Would highly recommend their work! Thank you!

I had a problem with my bow window. Jesse came out, assessed the problem (we needed new windows) and helped us make sure the window that was there functioned until he could replace it. He was really helpful in picking out the new ones, the pros and cons and we got new windows we love. I had a problem with one a week ago and got a hold of him. He was going to get me some help despite being short-handed. I figured out what I needed to do and let him know. His willingness to help me out on windows installed about 6 years ago says something about the integrity of the owner and his company.

When our home was damaged during a hailstorm we hired Affordable Contracting to do the repairs. Jesse did a thorough inspection and worked with our insurance company to get the damage repaired. He answered questions and solved problems always keeping us “in the loop”. The crews that work for him are very respectful and in addition to doing quality work they kept the area clean and safe while the work was being done. Only two sides of our house were damaged by the storm but when Jesse noticed we had wear and tear damage to a few pieces of siding on the other sides of our house he saved pieces of siding that didn’t have holes from the hail and used them to replace the damaged siding. Jesse was easy to work with and he really works hard to make sure his customers are being taken care of from beginning to end.
