We needed to update our Policy and couldn't get ahold of anyone. We kept getting sent to voicemail and didn't receive a callback. We decided to switch companies and the woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. 2 stars because it used to be a great company with friendly agents who were easy to contact. I would avoid.

Independent insurance company that gives 1 quote? Not much help unless you are happy with 1 choice.
