I do like it out here. It is quiet, I don't have to worry about break in's, and the kids love the school they go to. Not to mention lot rent is cheap. But yes like was said in another review I don't trust the water all that much so we got a top of the line softener and reverse osmosis system for drinking. Other then that no complaints

Its an older trailer park but its quiet and most people who live there are nice..

While its a decent place, you need to be very careful driving through as it has numerous large potholes everywhere. Poorly plowed and poorly salted. The entire drive throughout needs to be redone.

The park seemed quite and all but the main road only had one side paved other side gravel
