Comfort Inn Airport Turfway Road

Compared to other hotels of this class, it was a few steps above. I can't recall ever staying in a cleaner hotel room. Even though it was near the airport, our room was quiet. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and gracious hosts and hostesses. The breakfast is a solid average hotel hot foods with choices of waffles, fruits and breads, it was served hot and fresh. Nothing spectacular but it was good. The in room coffee was your average colored water weak brew, but they kept the breakfast room coffee (which was excellent) on 24 hours. We are looking forward to our next visit. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and it far exceeded our expectations. .

Sara and Paul were Great. I had a Twelve night stay in the area and I had to move from one because they had sold out The Other hotel that was newer had carpet that was torn in my room and the tack strip was exposed. They only Cleaned the room every three days on request.
This location met me with a smile and a how was your day every day when I would return. Sara was there every morning to say have a good day when I left. In the evening, Paul would ask if there was anything I needed. I felt like a valued customer and Individual. Thanks so much for your hospitality and a clean room every night.

2. Have a bus to free drive us to hotel.
3. Every day, clean up our room.
4. The bed is not too soft and good enough.
5. Have a refrigerator and cool enough for the drink.
6. Good breakfast every morning.
7. They can allow us to use the lobby and have a meeting there.
8. When we leave for the airport, the own come to say goodbye with us, and find the couple cars to drop us to the airport.

Rooms were nice and very well kept. The staff was very attentive. Paul the front desk attendant was super friendly and informative. (Give him a raise!!) Very hard working and attentive to his job.

This was a nice little hotel with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We stayed for two nights to watch our grandson's baseball tournament. The front desk staff was great, and very professional, caring and attentive. The breakfast person was very good and made sure food was replenished as needed and kept the area tidy.
The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. It is mostly updated with newer carpet and paint. This was a great affordable option compared to the $200-300 other hotels in the area.
We look for value, cleanliness and comfort and this hotel has all three.

this hotel was really nice. we stayed for a week, and housekeeping is by request only. but we did have a housekeeper knock and ask if we’d like the room cleaned which was nice! comfortable bed, great ac unit!
our room was really clean, we put the microwave and mini fridge to good use. there was also a coffee maker with little pods but we didn’t end up using it! the breakfast downstairs was actually quite good! they had eggs bacon, bagels, muffins, cereal, waffles, yougurt, and fresh coffee along with juices!

We stayed one night on our way to Nashville. Our room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. Walking distance to Turfway Casino.

Great location, easy access to nearby Interstate highways. Lots of restaurants nearby and the airport is close by as well. I have stayed here before and plan on staying here the next time I am in the Cincinnati area. Keep up the good work. Thanks.

Probably the best customer service I’ve received at a hotel. Their shuttle services are drivers and SUV’s which worked well with transporting my toddler and our things. My flight wasn’t leaving until late the night of my checkout and they accommodated an extra late checkout so I didn’t have to sit so long at the airport. All the staff were very friendly and I would definitely stay here again!

If you don’t have a car, Target, Petsmart and some other stores are within a 5 minute walking distance.

I was there for The Cincinnati Music Festival rooms very nice ,clean ,check in Staff Awesome Very helpful this hotel definitely takes care of their guests, excellent location Restaurants Stores anything you need right in area I will be coming back next year 10 Stars for this hotel.

What a great hotel clean and neat. Paul the man at the desk has a great a sense of humor he’s great. A good location can’t go wrong!

Last minute choice to stay here. Very nice staff at front desk. Breakfast had no fruit but my s/o enjoyed his waffle and the fitness center. I enjoyed the comfy bed.

I stay here twice a week for the past couple years. Great location within walking distance to various restaurants. Target is a hop, skip, and jump away if you forgot something in your luggage. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and a continental breakfast is also available. The rooms come with a microwave and small fridge and a nice flat screen television if you like to catch up on your local news station. Definitely a stay.

I have stayed here several times. Whenever my husband couldn't come with me on a trip, I have always still felt comfortable here, even coming in late at night after visiting family. Some things I like here are: kind staff, cleanliness, breakfast, quiet, warmth, walking distance to Target and Wendy's, and easy driving to Walmart, Panera, and many other places to shop or dine.

Also, on my most recent trip, I got in late at night by taxi (because it was an emergency trip, and the airport had no cars for me to rent without a reservation). And the hotel was able to schedule a shuttle to take me back to the airport the next morning to get myself a rental car. All in all, this hotel has been a good experience for me.

This was a clean pleasant place to stay. We were desperate for a nice affordable place on a recent trip with three teenage boys. We walked in and were immediately greeted and helped with reservations for adjoining rooms that didn’t blow the budget. The front desk went far beyond expectations to make us comfortable. My son Wanted hot chocolate after a long day of skiing. There was none available so the front desk employee actually made a trip to the store to provide! Now that is service that you do not get these days! We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

We do had a wonderful experience during these days stayed in Comfort INN. The hotel is clean,nice and convenience. The staff are very friendly and polite.

Great stay! Close to the airport but still quiet. There's a horse racing facility next door, we have seen horses running which was nice. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Slightly clogged bathtub which is quite usual for any hotel.
