My food was hot and fresh and on time. The guy working the counter was very helpful. Good job guys! Management is doing 👍

This location is one of the best in the area when it comes to having the order right and fresh. Staff is underpaid and overworked, but they don't let that stop them from providing excellent service.

Easy on and easy off the highway, plenty of parking, ideal service persons, food done up to McDonald's famous standard.
I just felt a bit bad in that there were so few customers in the store----it seems like a lot of people were in a hurry and zoomed thru the drive-thru or used the ap on their phones.

The only McDonald's in the Kankakee, Bradley and Bourbonnais area where the staff is friendly and when you ask for "well done" french fries, you actually get hot and crispy french fries! Thank you!

This place is very clean and busy too. I ordered here and was given a promo with deal because of a mistake on price. I will give five stars for service. God bless the employees that work here. Top rating on service. Should hire more workers to step up wait time.

Me and my husband came into the establishment today and we were taken away by the service from marybell!!! Marybell was phenomenal!! Her attitude smiles and making sure our order was correct was the best service we have had from any restaurants in YEARS!! I want to say again THANK YOU marybell for everything you do to serve our community and in such a pleasant way!!!! We need more Marybell's!!! I really enjoyed spending my money today 🤣thx you again!!!

Staff working in drive-through went above and beyond. Very positive and did not have to help the way that they did. Hopefully the company appreciates this type of professionalism before another company takes advantage and hires them

Newly remodeled and looking sharp AF! We rolled through the drive through and both of our orders were hot, fresh, and the fries were dialed in! The wait was a fair wait for how busy it was. Come on through!

Madonna is very nice and knows her job. Some of the management need to learn how to speak to people and be nice....

I wish I knew her name, but she usually works in drive through and takes my order in the morning. This lady is so sweet. She helps set the tone of my day, that and my pumpkin spice latte 🥰 (I'm going to find out her name).

Friendly associates and I am so glad they still serve the Hazelnut iced coffee as the one in my area no longer does. Another plus is they make it perfectly. I used to have to ask for extra syrup when my local McDonald's served it.

Clean outside. Quick service. Great prices and friendly service. I went through drive through and it was a very quick process. Hot food. Greeted with attention.

I don’t rate McDonalds but I always get good service here. Things are just done the way they should be.

I don’t get leaving a review about bags or “My fries we spilled.” They are still in the bag. So what.

This review is exclusively for the one near walmart. Several times, every time, great hot fast food. Not healthy, but great service!!!!!!!

We have a great cashier! Very friendly, and helpful! Sandwiches were nice and hot, as were the fries. Handy McDonald's, it is right by Jewel.

McDonald's has the best diet coke. Also you pretty much know what you are going to get. I like new chicken sandwiches but sauce is God awful.

Well it's Mcd's so of course it's decent, love the buy 1 get 1 Bigmac & QP w/ cheese

I drove right past the McDonald’s down the street opting to visit this location! The food is all fresh! The service is always fast and friendly!
