I visited for the first time yesterday. Service was friendly, knowledgeable, and super quick! Paul and Sebastian took great care of me and even informed me of a couple issues I was unaware of that would have caused big problems later. They didn’t have a part in stock so AutoZone delivered it in 10m! It was a really great experience. Not pushy at all and every decision was run by me. I’ll definitely be back.

Stopped in for quick oil change. Pulled in immediately, greeted by Jason with complimentary water. Changed oil and checked fluid levels. Prompt, courtesy and knowledgeable. I was pleased that everything was double checked for leaks. Had previous problem at different oil change facility where I lost my plug after getting on interstate. Extremely happy with Jason and his crew.

Oftentimes when I go to get my oil changed I feel like I’ve been hustled and spent extra money I didn’t really need to. This is not the case here. Sebastian and Antonio (I hope I got their names right) were very communicative and transparent with me and gave me some helpful insights. This is the only place I’ll be going from now on. Super quick service and really nice workers.

I went to Take 5 oil change for the first time and I was very impressed by their service. They were fast, friendly, and professional. They checked the fluids, filters, and tires on my car and explained everything they did. Highly recommended 👌

Thought I needed an oil change, but the folks at Take 5 checked my oil which was still clear and full. They advised me to come back in 2,000 miles for my next change. It’s good business to be honest with customers and I feel your staff did just that with/for me! Great work Bradley, IL!!!

Ive been a customer for years because as a mom, I am willing to pay a little extra so I can remain in the vehicle with my kids. I have seen major changes/improvements with the new management. They are quick and accommodating.

Paul and Casey were fantastic! Very polite, explained everything, worked efficiently. I had 2 vehicles serviced within one week of each other and had these 2 employees both times. I was very pleased, no issues whatsoever.

Casey and I believe it was Paul were very thorough and up front of what they were doing, what needed to be done and when I first got there Paul let me know how many cars were in front of me and asked if that was ok- which it was. Their kindness was very much appreciated. And I will keep coming to Take 5 for my oil changes.

The wait was worth the experience. As a 1st time customer, I was treated with the utmost respect. The two employees worked well together and were very verbal on what they were doing to my car.

I took both cars a ford and a Hyundai there and the 2 guys that were there I think the managers name was Sebastian? I don’t remember but they were cool didn’t force a upsell on me. And recommended both engine air filters which I did get while I was there but they never pressured me into the purchase.

Clayton and his crew were very professional and quick. They recognized that I was a repeat customer and thanked me. Love not having to get out of my car.

Love this place! An oil change here is so quick and painless and that’s how it should be. They are friendly, professional and informative - and the prices are competitive.

Best place to get an oil change. Quick and efficient! Cal is the best guy they have had in there to manage. I’ve been going there for years and seen a lot of recent major improvements. It was always a good place but now it’s excellent!

Being a part of the service industry, I have to share that I just had the best oil change experience I've ever had!! LOL.... I know stay with me.
I went to Take 5 Oil Change in Bourbonnais and was thoroughly impressed. This is a "drive-thru" oil change center. I pulled up, no waiting, rolled down my window, was immediately offered a complimentary bottle of water. I got to stay in my car as I drove through the oil change station. These guys were friendly, fast, efficient, and got every detail right down to cleaning my windows. If you are a business owner trying to teach your employees about customer service, make them go through Take 5 Oil Change and they will see firsthand what customer service is all about.

Let’s just say the service was outstanding and took less than 15 minutes. Waaay Better than 3-4 hours at the dealership… not just that the employees were friendly and eager to help in any way they could… will definitely use their services again!

Every employee was extremely professional & Communicated with each other on each step that had been completed. Which Made me confident enough to say that they know what they are doing. 9 times out of 10 I have to checked to make sure that the work that is done is done correctly. There was no need to it was apparent to me that they are on top of things.

Staff have always been very nice and polite. Sometimes there’s a line but once they start on the vehicle it’s quick and professional. Haven’t had any issues.

Waiting was short even with there being 2 cars ahead of me. Service was great. Workers were excellent and very polite.

They are so amazing there and treat you very well. She checked my cabinet filter and I had no idea I had a cabinet filter. It was gross. Thank you so much.
