Hyatt Place Cincinnati Airport/Florence

The room was exceptionally clean. The rest of the hotel was very clean as well. Breakfast in the morning was great and lots of options, but most of all, Tonya At the front desk was amazing! She went above and beyond and was so sweet. We were trying to get a picture printed off so we could do a birthday cake for our child. We were getting it done at Meijer next door, So we were hoping to be able to get it printed without having to make several trips or find a place. The guest computer and printer only printed in black-and-white. On a whim, I asked Tonya At the front desk if there was anyway, she could get it printed for us, and that I would happily pay a printing fee. She was so sweet and kind and gave us her email to send it to and printed it off in Her office or the office. I offered to pay for it and she told me not to worry about it. She could’ve easily just told us that that color printing wasn’t available, but she took the time to help us out and make our day so much easier and less stressful.

The room was awesome.
Big huge space for four kids and two adults.
Very professional staff.
Breakfast was fresh and hot.
My only recommendation would be to have a microwave in the rooms.
Other then that .. I can't wait to return..

I had a pleasure of staying here unplanned. My flight delayed and could not make a return. I made last min reservation and arrived exhausted. Rav and Brenda took care of me with upmost kindness. As I arrived, I was already checked in, (I’m also a Hyatt member so had my card filed already) gave me water, dinner recommendations, everything to make the night easy. Morning staff were amazingly sweet also. Thank you!

Extremely friendly, welcoming Front Desk agent , I believe her name was Mariah, made us feel very welcome and at home, her smile and vibrant attitude was contagious. Very clean rooms and Dining area. The bar is great, also open till 11pm , small menu but food is decent. Overall in the top Rated Hotels on my opinion , mainly because the Front Desk agent and the cleanliness overall.

We were visiting Florence KY and stayed at this property. First of all I booked this hotel at a wrong date on June 3 instead of July 3 and completely forgot about it. I didn’t realize this until July 6th. I contacted the hotel and informed them about this. Even though as per the terms they don’t have to do anything since it’s considered as a no show, the staff in the front desk (sorry I forgot her name) contacted her management and helped me to get a refund in one day and I was able to book this hotel on the correct date. This is an example of outstanding customer experience. Just for this reason alone this hotel deserves a 5 star. Rooms were clean and decent. The only improvement I would suggest is the breakfast. Breakfast options could be improved compared to other Hyatt properties I have stayed. Otherwise a great place to stay.

The staff at this hotel are awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Highly recommended.

Can’t beat the value for the price. The responsiveness of the management of the hotel is what really impressed me. I had minor issues that overall didn’t affect me but these issues were immediately rectified and I am satisfied with my stay overall. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were very clean and staff was friendly! Complimentary breakfast was served in the lobby, which was home style scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, waffles, bagels & English muffins. Everything was very tasty! I would definitely stay here again

This place saved us! We got stranded at CVG overnight. It was super easy to book, you have to call for the shuttle but it was very timely, and all the service was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was phenomenal, and the rooms were clean and large. Highly recommend for travelers!

Loved everything about this Hotel. The location plenty of shops. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible very nice people Tracie and Kristy. Kristy even sang happy birthday to my son gave him a brownie it was so nice she went out of her way to do that!! The room was nice and spacious very clean plenty of towels and comforter. Will most definitely recommend this place and I will always go there

Perfect use of points. Please note despite the website there is NO SHUTTLE! Staff was friendly, room was clean, felt very safe. Really appreciate the 24/7 flavored water and morning coffee. Rooms are “old school” Hyatt Place and large. Truly a great option.

From the silent traveler to all of you this is the Hyatt and I have to say the Hyatt is great. Especially this location. You know what they say location location there's a lot of good things around as well as things to really check out inside the hotel I noticed right when you come out the elevator they have a map of the place and they have a lot of good history around I like that about a hotel when you come off and you trying to figure out what to do there's a map and attraction is right there in front of you take advantage of it explore with your family explore for yourself gain that additional knowledge. The staff very helpful all the way around from check in to check out. Now I will say I did have an issue but they resolved it when I went to go check in my room was already occupied apparently they thought the person that left and they did not so somebody made a goof up there it looks like that person was getting ready to leave and the housekeeping just took it as a room to be clean and ready to be clean and it wasn't. So I went downstairs explain what was going on they apologized immediately got me into another room I didn't have to wait which was a good thing. So no harm I know some people will blow things out of proportion but it's a simple easy mistake we're all human. Other than that we didn't get a chance to grab breakfast we had a early flight out my crew and I so we couldn't enjoy the breakfast as we were walking out we may have to make a suggestion to having a little to go bag if necessary. The workout room not really much to work out with only thing in there is just cardio machines it will be nice to either have resistant bands that you can use from the wall or some free weights didn't see that at all but other than that really good hotel you really can't go wrong you can at least get some type of cardio in and as far as strength training goes you probably have to stick with calisthenics some roll-up mats will be nice if they could put those in there for yoga or to do workout on the floor. Very clean, excellent price and fantastic staff! We were looking for a hotel for just one night but most in this area were full. Before even staying the first night, we booked a second! Loved the area and plenty of shopping and things to do nearby.
The room was spacious and clean. The only availability was a King bed with a pull out couch. Our kids got the pull-out which turned out to not be very comfortable but they gave it a pass because the rest of the hotel was nice. Pool area was clean and although we saw guests who were irritated by the COVID rules, we felt that the hotel staff did a good job of adhering to the guidelines by having guests make a reservation for the pool.
The breakfast was much more than I anticipated; we were pleasantly surprised.
I have to give major kudos to the staff of this hotel. They were kind and respectful, even when they weren't treated with same. It's often a challenge dealing with the public and while most are understanding, you'll always get the crab-apples who will find any reason to complain. This staff was very professional and I greatly appreciate that. Nice work! If we are ever in the area again - which we plan to be for a Y'alls baseball game! - we plan to stay at this hotel again.

Recommend staying at this hotel if you are traveling has a shuttle bus, staff was extremely kind and helpful, room was clean and big, would totally come back, was nexr to bunch of outlets and was easy to locate, plenty of parking spaces.

Great hotel to stay at! The staff are phenomenal, and always ready to help! They have a delicious breakfast, great coffee, and a lovely sitting area. The indoor pool is lovely, they keep the water extra warm so there's very little adjustment to the temperature. Even with a bunch of people in the pool there was ample space to swim around. The rooms were stellar! There were great accommodations in both the double bed with pull out couch room, and the single king room. Very pleased with our stay (4 adults, 2 kids), and will definitely be our new go-to hotel! Couldn't hurt to get a hot tub in the pool room, but that would honestly be my only recommendation for the hotel.
Our dog was welcomed into the hotel with a reasonable cleaning fee! That was how I found this gem! Wanted an indoor pool for the kiddos, and a hotel we could bring our pup with.

We spent two nights at this location and had an almost perfect stay. We were warmly greeted upon check in. We enjoyed some snacks from the snack bar. My family enjoyed the free breakfast. Our children enjoyed the pool. Our room was quite spacious and very clean and well maintained. My only complaint was that I thought I had reserved double Queens. There were two beds but they were not Queens. They were rather small. And there was literally no room to walk to the bed on the outside by the wall and the window. Overall great stay.

This is the ONLY place I stay when in Florence, Kentucky. The staff is fabulous, personable, and go out of their way to ensure all your needs are met. Always very pleasant!

The room was sparkling clean, as it always is. The comfort is unmatch.

No worries here. They pay attention to detail and nail it every time!

I stayed for 3 weeks last December and very much enjoyed my stay. The entire staff was nothing but courteous and hospitable for my entire stay. The small cafe in the lobby was a nice surprise for a hotel this size. Ordering Starbucks from my room and picking up on the way out was very nice. It's not as good as the shots from an actual Starbucks but decent and more than convenient. I had a suite with a stand-up shower. The shower room is cramped. The bedding was great. Pacific Coast down pillows, comforter. They're peddling these fresh made cookies right there in the lobby and just watch out because they're fantastic. They have this Reese's peanut butter cup cookie.

I wish I had taken pictures of the breakfast. The room was great and the staff super fast and accommodating, but I was most impressed with their breakfast. I stayed for 3 days during this trip and was impressed each day. Lots of fresh fruit, great eggs, shoulder bacon, cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy and the list goes on. I will definitely be back during my next trip in a few weeks. I had been staying at another nearby hotel, but the breakfast has me wanting to come back sooner than later.
