Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Airport South/Florence

Amazing and friendly staff. The young man that checked us in the evening we arrived was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And the young man that took over for the overnight shift was just as wonderful. Our room was extremely clean,and when we checked out I'd forgotten my jacket. My husband had lost an ear pod. So we called and returned back, the young lady at the desk kindly took me upstairs and even helped me look! If we pass this way again, we will definitely stay here again. The only gripe is that following the GPS to find this hotel is frustrating once you turn off the road. There's other hotels it sits behind.

We love to stay near airports to watch the planes and this was a perfect location for that. It was a tad noisy on the balcony from the interstate but that didn’t bother us.
Ellie was very helpful and friendly when we checked in.

The room was spacious and clean. There was a coffee maker and mini fridge in the room which was great. The staff were very friendly and courteous and very helpful. We will go back.

Room was clean, Justin at the front desk was friendly and very welcoming.

Onallee Travis was an amazing help for my company when we can in to host a hiring event this week. Also, she provided transportation to and from the airport as a shuttle for all of our team member who flew in and gave us knowledge of the general area. Thanks for what you do for Marriott.

Stayed at the Florence courtyard by Marriott on the way driving back to Michigan last weekend. It was a really nice hotel, clean modern rooms, breakfast was great.
The best part however was all of the wonderful staff we met while there! Tom the service bar manager had such an awesome personality, super welcoming, he really makes ya feel right at home! Same with Tyler who also works their he was so cheerful, and had the best laugh around! Their joy was contagious! 5 stars all the way!!

Very clean and very nice customer service. When I called to reserve the rooms the young lady was really nice on making sure that sure that we got 2 adjoining rooms 1 for us and 1 for our kids. Made sure that they stayed together. Also after we got into our room. The heat was on. They front desk did what needed to be done to fix the issue in a timely manner. I would definitely go back to this hotel to stay and recommended it to others. Wish that I would of took pics.

Friendly staff, nice location, clean rooms. I liked this place, stayed all 2 nights, beds where comfy. How ever fair warning, if you are not a fan of traffic from the interstate, or air traffic this is not for you. But I was fine with these sounds and don't mind them. 10/10

Very clean, and modern motel. Safe, quiet area, with not too much airport noise. Limited bar and food menu, until 10 pm, in the lobby. Supermarket within walking distance. Loads of parking everywhere.

A very nice hotel. The staff made you feel welcome as soon as you entered. Only problems we had was room was very hot the a/c worked but took a long time to cool the room down. The other pro6was a broken sink. It worked fine but looked poor. But we would stay there again and again

Our experience at the Courtyard was wonderful. The outside appearance of the hotel was clean, neat, and well kept, and the inside was as well. The staff we talked to were polite and friendly, and our room on the second floor was very clean and included an outside balcony, a mini fridge and a microwave. The coffee I made in the Kurig was really, really good. The HVAC unit worked perfectly and kept the room very comfortable. The only issue we had was the road noise from the interstate, which was pretty loud. Fortunately, we use sound machines and always have them with us, so that helped quite a bit.

Not a huge place. Hotel very clean and the rooms are also very confortable and quiet. Convenient location not too far from airport ~ CVG. No airplane noise. But is right next to a highway.. No pool at this location. But they have a very comfortable lounge/lobby and seating outside. Bar on site. No restaurant, but was supposed to have a Bistro. I didn't see it operating ?? Desk Agents super nice, polite and professional. Plenty of on-site parking.. Thumbs Up !

Barbara at the front desk took wonderful care of us! Went the extra mile the best way she knew how, to say yes to everything our 3pax needed after a same day direct to location reservation. Found us a shower chair after the room was lacking one in room upon check in, to make up for the lack of handrails in our acccessible room bathroom. Tape to fix a power cord? Done! Towels for three people? Done without even being asked!
Extra pillows requested for apnea and lumbar challenges? Done and in room prior to arrival!
Five star service!
We called ahead to a wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable agent regarding shuttle service and room availabilities on site to request an accessible room for three people and specifically asked about handle bars in the bathroom shower as well as hand rails surrounding the toilet and were told this was available.
Note to headquarters: Please fix -lack of pop up *accessibility*room* infowindow< upon room assignment- issues in your software and paper printout hardware available to agents At the front desk (and at all your locations) relating to quick and easy identification of accessibility room types,accessible room numbers, and accessories’s locations and availability and service conditions, and specific rooms’s accessibility features because we were given a hearing accessible room and not a one with handrails in bathroom as inquired for our reservation requested. This was needed for a prosthetic limb user.

Your half moon sofa bed is really cool looking and it won my MIL’s heart. My favorite thing in this room was the lightweight moveable laptop coffee table. I hope you have these in every one of your hotel rooms in the future!
We loved the wall paper and the grey green walls. Love the new multiple open available wall plugs and wall shelf with plugs on it! Rooms could use some short swing out coat and backpack hooks on the wall by the door. Popcorn ceiling still up in this crib is a crime. Every hotel has made beds that have hairs left in linens. Problem is in linen-wash service system and in bed-making system. Temporary fix: open every newly made bed for inspection. Wear hair nets when making beds and when cleaning rooms. Use lint rollers.
The rm312 bathroom sink mirror swings forth and back dangerously and could break and cause injury. Please adhere to wall.
In future room renovations, consider installing built in floor height dimmable walking soft yellow nite lights for night time safety, with a motion sensor on/off feature switch good places for these would be a led strip at ankle level/wall plug level at the bed side nightstand bottom front, at the toilet side wall and at the entrance door wall not across from the bed.

This is a newly redesigned Courtyard. It is very modern and definitely geared to the business traveler.

My review is for the great.... service I was provided by the people at the hotel. I stayed about three weeks ago on a stay and fly promo. MY father ( 92 years old ) was scheduled for surgery on a Tuesday morning in California. I stayed on a Sunday with my flight early Monday morning. I was scheduled to return on Friday afternoon. Unfortunately things did not go as planned. I had to delay my return nearly three weeks. I called the hotel and told them of my situation and they were very understanding and said don't worry your car will be watched and if there was anything they could be of help with please let them know.

After some touch and go day's things with my father have greatly improved and he is now back home and doing well.

Want to thank everyone ( sorry cannot remember any names ) for there understanding and give a special thank you to everyone there and give a thumbs up to Marriott in general. I am a thirty plus year member of Marriott Rewards. Have always considered Marriott a first class company and this just proves it.

Karen, at the front desk, had the best costumer service! It is what I needed after a rough day. After a canceled flight, she went above and beyond to help me out last minute. She took care of the shuttle as well. It was nice to not have to worry about anything after a difficult day.

Our room was updated, modern, and spotless.
Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, dorm fridge, microwave, couch with ottoman, Keurig, flat screen TV, desk with office chair, regular outlets and USB outlets on the nightstands for phone charging, and blackout curtains.

Good water pressure in the shower, and the shower head is 7 feet high so you're not bending over.

It is a little noisy with the highway directly behind our room, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This is the best hotel my husband and I have ever stayed in. Clean, updated, beautiful decor, plush bedding, delicious bistro in the lobby, and super friendly and accommodating staff. Thanks so much for our wonderful stay! Can’t say enough good things about this place! Would highly recommend! :)

The staff here are the absolute best. We had a horrible experience with a different hotel and come to the Courtyard after and they understood and got us checked in. Dropped us at the airport the next day with a nice To-Go breakfast. Days later when we returned they picked up us at the airport where we was in the wrong location and the driver called us and guided us to the right pick up location. Courtyard helped make the not so good trip bearable.

Clean, awesome mattress and bedding. Very comfy and plush. Absolutely loved the breakfast / Commons area. They had a computer desk with plugins Starbucks coffee and the staff went out of their way to do whatever they could to help you.
