Metro by T-Mobile

I'm super impressed, I stopped by to get a new sim card to switch over my phone from Verizon to metro T-Mobile service. Ned made everything so easy and he was really nice. Also he was very knowledgeable about everything. Also he answered all of my questions regarding not only the transfer over but also all of my questions. I was very lucky to have chosen this location to stop at. I will not go to any other store location as long as I can get this kind of wonderful service. Thank you very much for making it a very enjoyable experience.

Went to this Metro for the first time since being a customer. I usually went to Crestwood or the one in Oak Lawn when it was open but seen the reviews on this one and my experience was awesome. The guy working their set me up with a new phone and was able to transfer all my stuff over to my new phone with no problems. I definitely recommend this Metro for the service and hospitality.

I walked in because I had an issue with my device. I was very impressed at how Sonia was able to fix the issue. She took the time to explain what she did and took the time to write it down for me step by step. I highly recommend this location ! 😃

I visited the Palos hills store today for a long overdue upgrade and had an excellant experience. The young lady who helped me, Shyane, was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the products. She was very friendly and dealt with everyone in the store in a professional and welcoming way. She made it a really pleasant experience and even though its a little out of my neighborhood, i will definitely make this my metro pcs store of choice. Thank you for all your help.
