We got the private wine room dining experience as a gift from our daughter. The food was amazing the waiter Pablo went above and beyond. We will definitely be back the wine and food was so good. The wine pairing with our meal was great! If you are looking for good food this is the place to go. If you are looking for a special night with your significant other the wine room is the way to go.

Our server Mike was super nice, knowledgeable, and personable. The steak house itself looked neat and had an expensive menu. The Elk was some of the best we have ever had. It was tasty and not gamie at all. The desserts are very large so be aware of that when you order them. After a filling meal, we had the brownie dessert which was quite large and 4 people were unable to finish it. The brownie dessert was over the top where they lit the cognac on fire which was kinda extra -but fun. It made the brownie more spicy. It could use a little more ice cream given how big the brownie was.

Went to Eddie Merlot’s on Thanksgiving and had their Thanksgiving menu. The turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and salad were really good. The turkey specifically was really well cooked, and it’s sauces were amazing. The service was also quick and on time. They created a really nice environment for Thanksgiving and the holidays. Just a classy restaurant you can’t go wrong with, highly recommended.

Literally one of the best dining spots in the area. Was pleased from the moment we stepped on until the time we paid our tab. Our service was spectacular or waiter was kind,efficient, and professional. We didn't wait long for anything Antonio was excellent and our tip reflected that. I ordered steak and it Exceeded my expectations. Was cooked to perfection. I didn't care to much for the sauce but it wasn't terrible. My husband ordered the chicken and the lobster macaroni and cheese. Was also very good. I ordered an apple martini and I felt pretty good after so I'd say the drinks are pretty good as well. I seen a few families and it is wheelchair accessible.

Happy hour is amazing here. It is first come first serve but we were able to sit at the bar top with sue. She was super super nice and i don’t know how she does it with taking care of the whole bar and also well. The filet sliders were amazing and totally worth it. I’m so happy I came in. The quality of food and service was great. Tim stopped and made sure we were happy with our experience as well.

I recently visited Eddie Merlot’s with a few good friends and we had a fantastic experience. The restaurant is beautiful and has a cozy warm ambience. Our server Pablo was very attentive and gave us great recommendations throughout the night. The manager, Trinidad, checked in on us to make sure we were happy and enjoying our food. My lamb chops and dirty martini were delicious - can’t wait to come back!

I had the opportunity to meet Trinidad. She made sure our table was completely happy with our evening and made sure my birthday was memorable. The food was amazing and shout out to the server Mike for also making our experience very pleasurable. He had all the great recommendations from the wine to the appetizers to the bananas foster! I cannot wait to come back again! Thank you again

From the moment we walked in the service was excellent. Showed up early for our reservation went to the bar had a few drinks( the old fashion is very good) when the rest of our group showed up table was ready. Our server Jorge was the best we like to joke around and have a good time he was right there with us. Appetizers were really good (ordered the hot Appetizer sampler) the waygu ribeye I literally was able to cut with my fork. Will definitely be going back. It is a little pricey but well worth it.

The best service in Lake County. Great steaks and the sea bass is fantastic as well while in a contemporary setting. The management really bends over backwards to accommodate seating even when they are extremely full. Definitely worth checking out for dinner in the area!

I just visited this restaurant a couple days ago and I fell in love with it. The service was amazing and it has set the bar for me. The wait staff and management team were impeccable. But the most memorable part of my experience to this establishment was Trinidad. She is the most passionate and caring person ever. I would come back just for her!!!! 10/10

I had a really great ribeye. The oysters were the largest i have had anywhere, almost too big. The bartender was absolutely gorgeous 😍

Anniversary dinner on Monday July 3rd. The lounge seating room was nicely energetic. We chose the dining room. Wine and cocktail, grilled romaine, sea bass, filet trio. All very good. Love the chairs. Service was very good as well.

What a great experience here! Chelsea was our server and she was on point with everything. She recommended the New York strip and it was very delicious along with the Eddie potatoes. The manager Trinidad stopped by and said hi to our whole group and was very nice.

Had an amazing experience with the waitstaff, manager, hostess and bartenders. Antonio was amazing while he was bartending and also serving. Props to him for doing both. The manager stopped by with a dessert knowing it was my girlfriends birthday which made the experience very personable! I will be back again!

We spent New Year's eve here last year and was surprised how fun it was! They provided plastic hats, beads and leis and were very generous with their champagne for the toast. They kept refilling our glass and my daughter was chugging it, and all the crews came out and greeted the new year with us.

If you're looking for a good steakhouse, this is a great place. We passed the warm bread around under the dimmed lights of the restaurant as we waited for our dinner to arrive. The gentle buzz of the restaurant conversation provided a background for our own dinner conversation. The first of our dinner to arrive was the shrimp appetizer. It was crunchy, creamy and contained a tinge of spicy tang. For the main entree, the steak was well cooked, delicious and plentiful. The mushroom sidedish was perfect, not too strong but a quiet flavorful companion. And the crème brûlée was a sweet end to complete the dinner and the evening.

Thank you very much for your delicious dishes. I don’t remember the names, a wonderful girl at the bar with dark long hair. Makes delicious drinks. Very professional and fast bartender Antonio. I love coming to your place for Happy Hour. Delicious drinks and delicious appitizer. Thank you boss for doing the right marketing for your restaurant.

This is not my first time at Eddie’s. I come in when I want to splurge on a delicious, and decadent wagyu ribeye. Hands down my favorite steak in the suburbs of Chicago. This particular experience was review worthy because of the service we received from Trinidad. We were celebrating my brothers birthday, Trini made sure the little details were not overlooked. She asked what our favorite desserts are. I’m a peanut butter guy. She surprised us with the most delicious peanut butter cup cake. This thing is my new favorite dessert on the planet. She was constantly checking in with us to make sure everything was going perfect, and made it feel like we were a priority all night. Thank you Trini for making our night so special.

We tried their oysters, 8oz waygu steak, specialty salmon and garlic mashed potatoes. The oysters were good, but the steak and salmon were the stars of our dinner. Waygu Steak was super tender, seasoned perfectly and definitely worth coming back for. The salmon had perfect seasoning as well and was accompanied with green beans/fingerling potatoes. The green beans were cooked to perfection. Mashed potatoes were delicious and had the right amount of garlic and cream. The complementary bread that was brought to the table before our meals was out of this world amazing! Service was outstanding too. On top of my list, as one of the best fine dinning experiances I have ever had. Can't wait to visit this establishment again.

We celebrated a graduation in the private party area and enjoyed all the food that was served. We were especially impressed by the excellent service provided by our server Mike. Would highly recommend their salmon and mashed potatoes!
