I've had keys copied and window screens repaired here. Both speedy, high-quality and professional. Staff is also quite knowledgeable. I overheard one employee offer to drop-by a customer's house to help with something!

New owners are great! The staff was super helpful and the place is looking so good. Also, the free roll of duct tape with my purchase was a pleasant surprise.

I went in for some small items, and they were very helpful and extremely nice. I'm going to make it a point to shop there more often for items I usually buy online, to help support them. I have gotten too comfortable shopping for items online.

I like that it is in the neighborhood so it's convenient- of course the prices are a little higher than going all the way to Menards but it's conveniently located and the staff is friendly and they have good stock

My first time here and will definitely be my LAST. My dad and I (2 african American guys) came in today to get a key made, at around 12 noon. The guy, who was the only guy there, who was at the register and made our key was EXTREMELY unwelcoming. The SOB barely wanted to speak to or deal with us. He gave off a cold vibe and felt like we were bothering him. He's definitely a racist guy and will NOT ever step foot back there ever again. Racism runs all in this place.

I had a very terrible experience with the owner of this franchise. I had my key duplicated 3 copies and when I got home I tried all 3 copies but all 3 did not work. I went back to the store and told the owner that the 3 copies they made are not working. The owner said, these are not from my store we don't cut keys this way and trying to show me how the cut was made. I showed him the receipt and told
him I was just here awhile ago and this is where I got them. He started swearing and I told him, sir, please don't use any profanity, the most essential thing in a conversation is Respect and be Respected. Let's talk intelligently. I told him I just want my money back. He gave my money back and told me to leave his store, I said, right away sir and I won't come back to your filthy store and your stinky mouth. This owner is very obnoxious, unprofessional and rude. Does not know ethics in customer service and shouldn't be in a business especially a hardware store. Man, I think that's the last thing I would do if I'm a business owner is to curse on your customer!!!
