Everything about this place is amazing especially the Dr's.

Very good care, compassionate and friendly service. Not the fastest checkout process or most perfect customer service but reliable and cost-effective. In the stressful world of pet care this is a great place.

The Drs and staff treat your pets like they are their own!! Everyone is so compassionate and caring. We had to euthanize mom's 20 year old cat yesterday, Jenny, Johanna and Dr John were incredibly supportive!!!! Rest in peace, Lily.🐈

My Westies had the best care here over the course of nearly twenty years. They both lived long lives. The Dr's. and staff are compassionate, patient, and skilled. I will never forget how caring they were during end-of-life decisions and process.

A very nice place to take your pet

The staff are very attentive and friendly. Been here quite a few times and I've never had any issues. They are very thorough but a little bit on the pricey side. You get what you pay for. We still come back here for our pet needs.

My senior dog has had some issues with arthritis recently, and I’ve been making two trips every week to Northlake Animal Hospital for supportive care. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. John has been so wonderful to work with. The technician we usually see is especially amazing with my dog, but every technician we’ve interacted with has been great. I’m so grateful for the excellent service and care!

Jack always enjoys his visits to the vet . Where else could he get more love and attention than momma and daddy already give him .
As soon as Jack gets out of the car he races right over to the front to meet his new friends and say hello to the staff .

Dr. John is awesome! Does a thorough exam on my shepherds every time! And they take the time to explain fully and clearly any issues that you may be having with your animal. Great people Great place!!

Caring, knowledgeable doctors. They really care about your pet as much as you do. Very compassionate. They always take the best, most reasonable path, not just the treatment that makes them the most money. They've cared for my family's pets for many, many years. They have saved my dog's life on more than one occasion! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my four footed family members.

I have been coming to Northlake Animal Hospital for over a decade. We have always received amazing service, but my family and I would like to recognize a gentleman by the name of Arthur. He is a tech at Northlake Animal Hospital. Arthur instantly grew a bond with our dog Blue who can be a bit "challenging" to have her nails trimmed. He always went above and beyond to ensure that our dog felt safe. As dog owners, it can become a stressful situation, but having a tech like Arthur makes an incredible difference. His work ethic and down right patience speaks volume on his character, and on behalf of our family we would like to thank you for having such an amazing person working for you. I would highly recommend bringing your animal to this facility.

Dr. Blazer and the entire staff were wonderful! I'm glad I chose this veterinary hospital because I can tell they really care about animals. They take their time to explain everything and I'm happy they do because I care about my animals too.

Everyone here is super friendly, my dog is a rescue and is amazing but we found out he is very dog reactive and barks at strangers. I made the team aware of that and they came out and knew how to handle my dog and there was zero issues. Which was a big relief for me as I was worried how my Max would react. Top notch staff, top notch Vets.

They take great care of your pets & keep you updated with their conditions, esp. if they're staying there 2 recover in order to go home safe, healed & completely recovered.
