The people that are here are quite helpful 98% of the time they always have everything I'm looking for they have comparable prices to Menards the only hope is they start pricing things to where you can see it.

Found what I needed with the help of some of the associates. Went through the self check to be quicker, but should have known better, I managed to grab 2 pieces of wood with no upc code on them. The gentleman manning the self check lane was great and tried to help, but the cashier took his handheld and he couldn't call for assistance. He asked her to call for help and she yelled at him and was very rude to him. He managed to get help from another associate to call for him, and the lady who came over was very nice and helpful and got the prices we needed.

Always like going to Lowe’s verse some of the other big box store. Just seems like there are more staff there to help you find what you needs and also knowledgeable in multiple areas, or there find somebody to help you.

Best home improvement box store in town. I really appreciate their commitment to veterans. 10% discount !way to go Lowes ! Greatest prices on on wood in the Peoria aera! I think hands down the best customer service as I bought a sheet of plexiglass and brought in two times to have cut to perfection! Thanks Corby for your time, its definitely appreciated!

Very large store,, there were never any low carts in the area for bag rocks.. it was a struggle to shop and buy what i needed trying to find a cart to haul the 20 bags of rock..

I have to say the people here are great I had a online order it was at east Peoria store they said they don't have everything there and supposed to send my order to this store. Well let me tell you they didn't and I talk with the people at East Peoria store they said it's been sent over to this store which it wasn't. I talked with the manager on the phone at east Peoria and told him they didn't sent it to the other store. Long story short I walked in the store and Julisa was a Greta help and got the order taken care of quickly. I have to say this I one of the best lowes I have been to with customer service.

Customer service was great and very ready to assist me and my family and friends.

I would like to thank the employee Crystal for a superior job at handling my problem with my order. They have such a great selection of everyone especially plants and lawn and garden supplies. I go there all the time for me garden supplies and pieces parts for home repairs.

If I could give them six stars I would I had bought a hybrid water heater from the Lowe's in Champaign it had a 10-year full replacement warranty after 4 years the tank started leaking so I tried to take it back to Champaign Lowe' I had gotten a authorization number to replace it champagne told me I had to deal with the manufacturer that they have nothing to do with their warranty
By the time I brought it to the Peoria store the authorization number had expired
So Eric at the service desk called the warranty department and had to work a good hour on this problem but he did resolve it he said I wasn't going to go home until we have this resolved .Everyone there at the store was very helpful Anthony in the plumbing department had told me over the phone that he got a hold of the warranty department and it was just a simple as bringing it over with the authorization number
From now on anything I buy from Lowe's of value I'm driving the 2 hours to the Peoria North store

The Lowe’s in Peoria on Big Hollow Road has the best customer service I have ever experienced at a Lowe’s or anywhere! I have completely remodeled my kitchen and bathroom, so I have been in several times. Everyone on staff has been helpful and cheerful every single time. Coral in cabinets was AMAZING! She is so knowledgeable and helpful, and she called to check in a few times. When I needed to find anything in the store, I was walked to where I needed to go. If something was too heavy, it was loaded for me. I cannot say enough about how satisfied and impressed I am with this store! It speaks highly of the management to have EVERY single employee I have come in contact with over 3 months be so helpful, knowledgeable and kind! Thanks, Lowe’s. You will always be my store of choice!

Easy to use the pickup from the lockers. Well organized store and the people were friendly and helpful.

Rating my experience today as 5 stars for three reasons. 1. Had three friendly workers ask me if I needed assistance. 2. The product I was looking for was in stock. 3. An associate took the time to help me decide between multiple options.

Just wanted to say that despite the fact that I ask for help from a female associate who responded to me YEAH WHAT YOU WANT, and when I replied she informed me that she was helping another customer and she didn't have time to point me in the right direction. By that reaction and her bad ENERGY/SPIRIT I didn't want her help😳🙄. My husband witness her reaction and said we will find it ourselves, and the Lowe's associate went on her way. I say all of that to say this when we did find our item and finished shopping in the garden center The Most Beautiful Spirited Cashier by the name of Mrs. Ollie made up for the awful customer service from the previous Lowe's associate.
