10/10 wish I could put 100 stars, the GM-Sam was just amazing at helping my husband pick out a pair of shoes for work. He has really bad feet and she stopped everything she was doing to help him find the perfect shoe! Thank you so much Sam!

I went into Show Carnival looking for some bright work out shoes. Both of the employees helped me find options (with a happy pick) as well as, a protecting spray from water and dirt. I told them what I wanted and they were a tremendous help. The prices were very reasonable, as well. My daughter was with me and with great employee assistance, we were able to find her high heeled boots that she'd been wanting, also. It was a winning shopping experience!

Super friendly, kind, and helpful staff. Good selection of shoes. Lots of items in stock. Decent prices. In my opinion, their in store customer service is excellent! In past visits, they have measured my kids’ feet to help get an accurate shoe size. In my most recent visit, they were very patient with me and my kids. The littler one was tired, hungry, and trying her best to make a mess, but they just took it in stride by, not only staying calm, but cheerfully helping me put stuff back.

The staff is very helpful & friendly. The store is clean & bright. They have a wide selection to choose from. I am hard to fit, but was able to find a pair of sneakers & casual shoes to take advantage of their bogo half off sale.

Stopped in for a last minute Christmas gift and the associates were very friendly and helpful.

I needed black Nike Air Monarch 4 10 and a half 4E. NO ONE ELSE HAD THAT EXTRA WIDE AND IN STOCK THEY ALWAYS HAVE THEM IN STOCK FOR ME CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC I WILL ALWAYS BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER I GIVE THEM A FIVE STAR

The store is well kept and the employees are nice and polite, even when some customers are not. I appreciate that.

Shoe carnival is so accommodating. They always strive to fit me and my daughter correctly and always offer to special order a shoe when needed. Super knowledgeable management staff.
