Holiday Inn Florence, an IHG Hotel

The Hotel was very & nice clean! The rooms have been updated & cozy! Can't beat the price either!

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting The Ark and Creation Museum.Location was easy to find from CVG, close to food and shopping. The room was nicely appointed with quality bedding and bathroom amenities. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked each day. Would certainly stay here again or reccomend to anyone visiting the area.

Free breakfast is standard in a lot of hotels at this price point. Why not this one? First time at the holiday in express in aomg time. It was nice, but will only select it in the future in a pinch.

Jerred, the GM, and John, the front desk rep, were both very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure my son and I had a great stay.

Had a wonderful 3 night stay! All the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and met the chef Larry who's service was top notch. He made sure we had everything we needed.
We spent some time at the pool everyday and the kids enjoyed every minute.
Over all the hotel was very clean. Our beds were super comfortable and the room had a modern feel and look to it. It was very inviting and cozy.

Due to having a flat tire in the evening passing through to Indiana. The Holiday Inn Florence, was able to accommodate my wife and I for a night so we were able to get our tire fix in the morning when the local Tire Discounters got open. The King Bed room was large and enough for us to relax ourselves. The morning breakfast hot buffet was amazing. We were able to get our tire fixed and have made it home. Thank you again Holiday Inn Florence for your hospitality.

When we visit other cities we try to do unique
Hotels that are only the towns. This is my first holiday inn and I have enjoyed it a lot. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and nice. The front desk people were very kind and sweet. At a couple of times our key-cards had stopped working and they willing reset them. We later figured out they did that due to it being near electronic devices. The first day breakfast was not open due to the chefs having an “emergency” the next day it was open but we had a rude awakening when we discovered it was cold. We then figured out that it was an accident and they hadn’t had time to warm up in the croc pot like pans. I admit on the third day breakfast was superb with an extravagant amount of choices more than before. The breakfast was hot and when the keurig ran out of hot coco pods the kind front desk lady sent the manager to a store just to buy more coco. Beds were comfortable and amenities were replenished almost each day. The pool was small but clean and refreshing it was slightly cold but you get used to it. Shower was always hot and clean. The refrigerator stayed cold and microwave heated our food. When we got back from a long day the pool was still open and we weren’t dissatisfied. Also a reasonable price. Thank you, Florence.

The room was clean and warm. The bed was soft and comfortable. Everything was great. The room was decorated nicely as well. We enjoyed out stay and will be back!

We loved it here. Very clean; courteous staff, VERY NICE room with all we needed, comfortable bed, very modern, huge TV, nice pool and workout space as well as a great breakfast. We also loved the area, so convenient to restaurants and other amenities.necessary am

Nice rooms, clean and comfortable. The lobby and breakfast/dinner area are modern and well maintained. Breakfast was a delicious buffet, much more fresh than you get in the average hotel breakfast.

I've been on a vacation traveling state to state staying at random places starting from Michigan.
I have been staying at 4-5 star places and This place been was the best so far on day 4 of places traveled.
Stayed in the perfect room, 325 on May 28, 2022.
Clean, very nice rooms, the comfortable bed and great pillows rocked!
Wonderful front desk services, restaurant bar area is fun and laid back. Excellent food.
They have a nice heated pool but didn't get a chance to use it.
Lots of attractions and shopping places close by.
I will come back her for sure.

Amazing stay originally we tried the microtel after that atrocity we checked out and came here. This place is amazing. The rooms are huge they have all the amenities that you could possibly ask for bar food and pool. Huge big screen tvs and huge comfortable beds the rooms are literally decked out like a apartment. Stay here if your ever in Florence

Very clean, you can smell the bleach when you walk in lol rooms are kinda small but everything was super clean. Funny staff, pool was great! The breakfast is not free is 8 bucks per person. There are lots of food places around the hotel.

I stay at hotels 3 weeks a months. This is the first one that actually read my requests. I asked for early check in, a room on the top floor, away from the elevators, and extra pillows. All were waiting for me. The front desk attendant was the nicest person ever. Nice, clean hotel. I have my new place to stay in Florence.

My Husband and some fellow co-workers have been housed in this hotel for the week taking care of business at an unfamiliar terminal. I must share that they’ve sure enjoyed their stay thus far.

However, they’re rising for work long before their complimentary breakfast is served. Needless to say, they’re surviving off of handy gas station pick-ups and/or what can be prepared in their hotel room.

This evening I decided to surprise my Husband and our friend with a hearty door dash dinner. I called and spoke with the front desk, Deanna, and explained the special circumstances —

These guys are working 14h days and will likely be shy of arriving by the time their door dash dinner has been delivered. Rather than having the dasher travel thru the hotel and leave it left at their room, Deanna said she would see to it that my Husband receives his order. .

—not only that, she’d be sure the restaurant staff would keep it warm so to enjoy their meal as fresh as possible. Deanna eased my mind and heart this evening and she was such a pleasure to speak with.

I am grateful for this particular hotel and their staff taking such great care of my Husband and his fellow employees as they help their company out in such a big way. They deserve this treatment, as it’s already hard enough to be away from your family, while also working long hours.

The rooms were clean and bed was super comfortable!! Although we had a small issue with the breakfast service, the young lady at front desk made it 100% right!! Jetta, sure knows what customer service means!! She made this a 5 star review when it would have been a 3 or 4.

Great customer service desk employee. I don't know her name but she was extremely helpful. The general manager of the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly as well. My car battery went dead and he jumped my car for me. I don't know his name either but he was very nice and i hope this hotel keeps people like these two employed at Holiday Inn.

Overall this hotel is beautiful and clean. The beds are so comfortable and when you wake up you feel like you ACTUALLY slept on clean linens! But what ruined it for me was that I went to each floor looking for a vending machine and every drink machines I tried was empty. I had to end up driving to the closest open gas station to get a drink at 4a.m. not happy but the hotel was great.

The employees were both kind and helpful. They attended to my every need and request. The rooms are spacious and clean, as well as furnished with comfortable furniture. The hotel is easy to find and is located within 10 minutes of just about everything. The restaurant has wonderful food and staff. They have TV's in the lobby downstairs and at the bar for watching sporting events. The prices are both reasonable and fair. Over it's a wonderful hotel.

Michelle at the front desk was amazing. She was very helpful not only getting us checked in but when we asked about a good place to eat dinner, she knew exactly where to go giving bbn us a map. The hotel was very clean. Our room had everything we needed. The only problem we has as well as a few other guest was the man working at breakfast. Took forever to get food. He kept forgetting the toast as well as other problems. My husband and I were there to visit the Ark. Your hotel is very convenient for what we need. We will return but not for. Reakfast.
