This review is long overdue, but I have to give credit to Darrin for all his hard work. We were pregnant with our third child and in need of a minivan which are hard to come by these days. I ordered a Sienna when I was just a few weeks along with full understanding that the waitlist was 8-12 months out. Darrin looked out for us, gave regular updates on our order and was able to get us the 2023 25th Anniversary Edition Sienna just 2 weeks before our baby was born. This car sales experience was fantastic!! We love our Sienna! Thank you Darrin!

We walked into the dealership on a Friday afternoon after seeing a truck online. Jason was very helpful and direct. We drove the truck and were impressed, but noticed a small crack in the muffler. As it was later on Friday, Jason had to talk with Svc Mgr on Saturday. He was authorized to get it repaired and contacted us immediately. We put a down payment on the truck to hold it, then picked it up the following Friday. Couldn’t have been any smoother. I thanked Jason for not “Salesmanning” us! It was refreshing! Even though this was a cash deal, we signed all the paperwork with the Jake, a Finance person in the office. He, too, was very friendly, no pressure, answered all our questions. Highly recommend this group!

Amazing experience all on the back of Colt Grandstaff - Finance Manager. Colt stepped up and assisted me with a lease buy-out, where no other dealership was willing to assist, because it takes up time and it's a profit-generator. Colt explained he viewed customer service as the #1 priority and he was happy to help. I've been a Toyota customer for 20+ years, and all of that brand allegiance will now go to Heiser Toyota, since they (Colt) stepped up where no other dealership would. Kudos!

Altaf was a wonderful sales consultant to work with. He made my buying experience smooth and comfortable. It’s always scary buying a new car but he was sure to walk me through each step. He’s also very knowledgeable about Toyotas. I was a first time Toyota buyer and he showed me all the neat features of the Rav4. I highly recommend this dealer and Al!

I have been to many dealerships in my life, I’ve been talked down to and by others straight up lied to. Yet coming to this dealership was a completely different experience. We walked in and told the host at the front desk we were looking to buy two cars and popping up from a cubicle was our salesperson Lorri. She cared more about what we wanted and less about closing out a sale. Lorri went above and beyond to make sure we got the price we wanted and the vehicles as well. My wife got a Highlander and I wanted a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, Lorri told us that the Hybrid was hard to come by and could even take a year before we can get it. Yet somehow she found one for me and it came in at the perfect time! My wife and I will only go to Heiser Toyota for all of our cars in the future, Lorri made car buying a great experience. Also grateful for Jordan, Colt and Jorge, they were extremely helpful with the paperwork and getting the cars ready for us! We are only going to Heiser Toyota from now on.

This Heiser may not have a huge in stock selection on the lot BUT there service, integrity, reliability and communication makes up for that in VOLUMES, if you want a easy car buying experience with amazing people to help you, Heiser Toyota is the place to go! Thank you guys.

Bought my new car just over a week ago and I am beyond happy with everything so far. The car is gorgeous and the whole process was made very easy for me. I just took delivery of my 2023 RAV4 Hybrid. Jason was my salesman and I really liked dealing with him through the whole process. He's a straight shooter and really knows the car well. He spent hours showing me all the features of the car. This is the kind of sales model all dealerships should follow for how salespeople enteract with customers. I'm the type of person that can't spend 5 minutes with most car salespeople. Not a problem spending all afternoon with this one. Thanks Jason and Heiser Toyota for a really positive experience. PS: I wanted to add that it was really cool to have your own little garage to inspect your car. See pics. Oh and if you look closely at the second pic you can see my 2008 RAV4 that I traded in. 15 years and 252,000 miles. Why would I not buy another one?

I was in need of new tires and the Service department did an excellent job. Quick, easy, and great follow through at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be back. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

We've purchased a couple of vehicles from Heiser. We also have chosen to get the vehicles serviced there as well. Upon purchase, we found decent sales professionals and not a lot of pressure to purchase. For service and/or parts, they seem to be decent and willing to listen and then accommodate and issues that we may have. All together, they have been very good to deal with. We'd do business with them again.

It was a wonderful experience buying our car from Heiser. Our sales executive Lorri was very helpful.She clearly understood our requirements and helped us find the right car. We were hesitant going to a dealership initially but Lorri made us feel comfortable and important. She ensured we got we wanted. I love this place! They got me a great deal on a used car, included maintenence for free and car washes for a year. James Hicks was the wonderful sales rep I worked with, he's very nice and closely listened to what I wanted and needed. Jakub Kania took care of the financing work, and this guy is the best! The interest rate he was able to get was unbelievable, I still think he's a magician. I'm so grateful that I found these helpful employees and a dealership that I can trust.

I want to thank Christine Michalowski for her awesome service. I am so happy with the car shopping experience I had as she made it super easy. I came all the way from Illinois as i found the car I wanted at this dealership online. Christine sold the car to me and was great when it came to communication and answered all of my questions well! I also want to thank Jakub and Colt the finance managers for also making my car experience awesome as they explained everything so well to me!! Though Jakub is one of the finance managers he didn’t hesitate to help us install our car seat. We had been struggling to install it and he stepped in and did the job for us I can’t thank him enough for that! Overall loved the experience I had at this dealership thank you all for your wonderful costumer service!!

Good price for oil and filter. Checked alignment for free. I need a new OEM 12 volt battery for my Prius and price is Very competitive. My 2015 Prius Persona is in Awesome condition thanks to their service, recommendations and advice.

James is and has been an awesome sales person. Our go to person anytime we buy a car. Adding to my existing message. It was time to upgrade from our 2019 highlander to a new highlander platinum 2023. James's you really blessed us. We absolutely love this car and all the new fun amenities that come with it. We learned more things before going on the freeway. To see my husband smile from ear to ear especially the day before his birthday. We are extremely happy and one of your loyal customers. Everyone here was nice. Look everyone after Covid things are not the same please understand that. Be patient and know your going to be there a very long time. Going to the dealership now may mean you need to wait for a newer car for up to 8 months to a year. The lot is limited to what they have. Some places do not have all the employees your use to seeing but please realize Covid really turned everything upside down not just here but so many businesses. So be prepared to WAIT take the day off or go in early when they open. These workers here are excellent they go over and beyond to help you rather your looking or to buy. This is our second buy from them but my brother told us it is time for a great change in a car that will last long and is everything we are looking for and he did not stir us in the wrong direction. Thanks to all the employees who helped my husband's you all are great. But James a special thank you, you are the greatest and as long as you work there and we need a vehicle we will come to you. Oh James do not forget the family BBQ (WINK)...... Smiling

From sales to financing to service we had a wonderful experience at this Heiser Toyota. Darrin was very responsive and pleasant during the entire process. I am 100 miles away from this dealership, so Darrin's willingness to very quickly send me detailed photos and a video of the vehicle I was interested in was critical. The service department was willing to run a complete Toyota service history on this vehicle and financing was wonderful -- tons of extremely valuable information and absolutely no high pressure sales. I would be willing to buy another vehicle from this dealership in a heartbeat. Well done to all at Heiser Toyota!

Great customer service! We just purchased our 1st Highlander from Heiser and travel all the way from Eau Claire. We didn’t arrive to the dealer until about 8:15pm (45min till close) and Darrin was so helpful! Thank you Heiser team for being patient and helping us get our car! You guys are awesome!!!

Staff is super friendly and our staff agent Christina introduced all vehicles that we were interested and she also showed us all available models, which was very helpful for us to establish a visual comparison. She also helped us on the price and explained us what was really valuable package that influenced the price. Finally, we were very happy to make deal with them and the process was very smooth.
