Embassy Suites by Hilton East Peoria Riverfront Hotel & Conference Center

Chef was amazing! We stayed Feb 19 and 20 for my grandfather’s funeral. The breakfast chef did an amazing job and kept it upbeat. I got a chef’s choice omelet, and it didn’t disappoint. He also kept the grill open a little late to accommodate my wife and another family! All the employees were helpful and respectful. The room was clean and comfortable. There were a couple small maintenance issues, but nothing that affected our stay at all. The views of downtown and the river from the hotel were beautiful.

Great room with a comfortable bed, lots of room, and modern amenities. The breakfast was over the top for being included in the room fee. There's a guy making omelettes, waffles, pancakes and a self serve bar with all sorts of stuff like biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, hot and cold cereals, bagels, fruit, etc. I love the design of the hotel as well with its center atrium and glass elevator. All staff members I encountered were very helpful and polite. Only 5 minutes from downtown.

Very professional staff… from the front desk to the free custom breakfast I requested! I definitely recommend for all but especially for families or large groups. Clean and nice hotel. There’s plenty of room in the rooms and the facility as a whole. You are greeted with a warm “Good morning” from Albert and Marshall who are the cooks that made the best strawberry pancakes and custom omelette I ever had! Great hospitality and customer service!! A smile goes a long way. I’m totally enjoying my stay and I will be back!!

The Embassy Suites will always be my first choice of a hotel for me and my family to stay at. My last stay was for my daughter’s birthday and the rooms are always clean and the service is always excellent. I would also like to recognize Daryl Parker and his excellent customer service, as he greeted us during check in and ensured that if we needed any additional items or assistance to be sure to let him or one of the other team members know and they would be sure to take care of us. Fast forward to the morning during check out Daryl Parker came to the room and asked us how our stay was and if there were any issues or if there was anything else that we needed to complete our stay which we did not because everything was perfect so thank you to all for being amazing.

My experience from the Embassy Suites was nothing but Excellent. I would like to commend Daryl Parker and his team of workers. The cleanliness of the rooms is a major plus for me when I am staying somewhere away from home. The customer service is spot on the food is great and this will not be my last stay.

Had an incredible stay at the Embassy Suites. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, they had an amazing staff and Chef Albert cooked up some fantastic omelets and eggs too. One of the best omelets I have ever had! From the top down, everyone was courteous, attentive, personable and nice. Can't say enough great things about this hotel and will definitely be staying here if we are ever in Peoria again!

Stayed here for a wedding over the weekend. Hotel was great. The rooms are spacious and the sound is blocked off well by having the living room area closest to the hallway.

Complimentary breakfast was fire! The two gentlemen working (Albert and Bernard maybe) were fast and friendly!

All of the staff I interacted with were very hospitable. Breakfast was very good (I’m always happy when there’s grapefruit!) Chef Bernard was friendly and welcoming, and Barbara very attentive. The decor is a little dark for my taste… It feels dingy even though the hotel and my room were clean. I would stay here again though.

My family stayed at the Embassy Suites for my daughter’s competition. The rooms were nice and clean, but the best thing there was the breakfast. Chef Albert was cooking some delicious pancakes, waffles, and omelets. The staff was also making sure all tables were cleaned up quickly and all the food was being maintained for the guests. Definitely will stay again.

I have stayed in a lot of hotel in my time of driving groups to their events out of state or local. This hotel was by far the nicest that I've been in. Don't know if all the rooms are laid out this way but it was very nice. As soon as you walk in, you're in a living room with 2 couches, a few endtables, and a desk to work at if you're on business. Plus a mini kitchen and decent size bathroom. Last was a bedroom with a king bed and 2 night stands. Far as breakfast goes, it was delicious. They made fresh to order Omelets and Waffles and a huge dining area. Also, as soon as you walk out of the room, you can see all the rooms and overseas the lobby. If I came back to this are, I hope it will be at this hotel.

I've stayed here a few times with friends and family, and out of all of the Hilton brands I've stayed at, I've had the best experience at Embassy Suites in East Peoria. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are always clean and well taken care of, and the food has been delicious! Chef Nathan leads a wonderful culinary team, and I've had delicious breakfast every time I've stayed. I've also had the good fortune to attend banquets here, and the food served has been perfect every time. The beautiful view of the river from the comfort of your hotel room is also an amazing piece of this unique hotel. I'd recommend Embassy Suites in East Peoria for anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

We had a corporate work event here, and it was a great experience. The food was good and the staff was friendly and welcoming— the head chef/culinary director even came out to say hello and make sure that everything was to our satisfaction! Such extra customer service was a nice touch. The venue was clean and spacious, and everything was set up very nicely. Thank you!

The view of my room 822 is spectacular at night with no obstruction. The rooms are well kept and breakfast was ready on time and hot! The Hotel staff assisted me in parking as well as general info about the area.

Staying at the Embasy during our trip to East Peoria was a great choice. We travel quite a bit for our kids activities and this stay has been the best so far. Breakfast was awesome! The service from the time you walk in is very welcoming. Family friendly and a great value!

Albert the cook made us some amazing omelettes and French toast with strawberries! Very tasty! My wife and I will be back:) thank you all for a great honeymoon experience! Light switches could use some love. Bathroom was cold. We stayed in a presidential suite with wheelchair access. Overall a positive experience:)

Chef Bernard was amazing! His customer service skills are unmatched. He truly made my morning. So positive and upbeat and makes you feel like a special guest. His omelet was fantastic. Truly a gem.

Very nice hotel in Peoria. Best Embassy Suites breakfast ever. The food was fresh and delicious. The waitstaff and chefs were so friendly and attentive. Thanks for a great stay!

Easy check-in process, incredibly friendly staff, beautiful accommodations and a very convenient location.

I have to give an extra shout out to the breakfast staff. We overslept and got to breakfast with 5 mins until close. We assumed we'd get whatever was left or had missed it completely. Not only was it all still available, the staff took the care to make sure we got everything we wanted.

Albert on the grills went above and beyond for all the guests. My gf was in line but changed her mind and left. He not only remembered she had been standing there but asked what he could get for her and helped me load my plate with some bacon and sausage for her. In general, he had the whole grill area running like a well-oiled machine and was super efficient and attentive. Nathan and Cali were also very helpful. They came over to ask if we had gotten everything we needed before they shut each food section down. They let me grab a few things before shutting down the bar and never let me feel rushed. They made sure we got every single thing we needed before closing up.

The attentive breakfast staff reflected so well on the entire hotel and made it obvious that guest experience is top priority at this hotel. Thank you!

Everything with our stay was wonderful. The hotel sent a birthday card and snack basket upon arrival for my husbands birthday. At breakfast Albert and Marshal were magnificent with our omelet and pancakes. This is why we book Embassy anytime we are in town!

Jennifer, front desk supervisor is a super employee! We were checking in around 4 pm, and the place was mobbed; Jennifer singlehandedly handled the long check in line with professionalism and constantly updated the long line in front of her. She never lost her composure and treated each guest like they were all that mattered! Did I mention she also had to remind kids and parents that the stair area was not a play place! Pleasure working with Jennifer!
