Chad and the staff were very compassionate, patient and accessible during the funeral process from start to finish. They took care of all the details we hadn't even begun to think about. The services and the level of care they gave our mother were beautiful, professional and respectful. We hope to not have to call on them again anytime soon, but if we do, we know we will be in good hands.

The staff at Unger Horner Funeral Home are the most compassionate people! Upon my brother taking the turn for the worse in the hospital they immediately assisted us by contacting the parish priest to come see my brother for the last time and were very timely and caring when they picked my brother up from the hospital that same day. The funeral arrangements had all be preplanned and everything went very smoothly. Their attention to making my brother look so well after he had been so ill was very comforting to my family, as was their compassionate attention to the visitation, funeral service, graveside service and marker selection. My family and I have known the Horner Family for many years and think they are wonderful people. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us!

Unger-Horner Funeral Home handled our needs with dignity, patience, professionalism, friendliness, and creativity. Their facility is spacious and beautiful. There is plenty of off-street parking nearby. Especially during covid restrictions, I appreciated that the funeral was posted on Facebook. The slideshow and playlist opportunities personalize and help focus on happy times.

It could have been difficult, as our mother was living several states away, but they made her transport seamless and efficient. They were very personable, patient, and caring to us. Derek and the staff were incredibly supportive, exceptionally accommodating, very professional and provided extra special touches for my dad's service. My dad was a WWII vet and we had themed the service red, white and blue with a military burial.
