I was there several weeks ago and was helped by Caleb. He was great, knowledgeable, and handled every issue I had. He was so busy and multi tasked doing so many things at once, but still made my experience great and got me all set up on my new device!

Julia and Katelyn were incredibly knowledgeable on their product. They helped me upgrade from my old Samsung to a new A23. I would recommend coming to that store in Lincoln for all of your technology needs.

Kaleb was very helpful. It may have been simple for him to fix my Samsung notes, but for me I was concerned I would loose all my information on my files. I couldn't access them after I updated my phone. But he knew how to fix the situation. All is working fine now

I spoke to Megan (forgive my spelling if it isnt right) on the phone and in store and i kid you not 10/10 i was nervous to switch carriers or upgrade my phone but she was super sweet and made sure to push to get me taken care of. Im happy i made the jump and she was able to make it painless. I got everything i needed! Please let her know how appreciated she is.

I only needed a question about my phone and Julia went above and beyond to make sure I went home with my phone working. I even got home internet too. I really appreciated their help

I can't say enough good about Emanuel. He was the most courteous, helpful, knowledgeable young man. He was very patient as he tackled my complex issue. He truly is an asset for your Lincoln store!

I went here to help my soon to be father in law pick out a new phone that was a good fit for him. The customer service was awesome. Both associates made sure that all the questions him and I both had were answered as soon as they were asked. If you are Verizon people they have good prices. I wish I could remember the associates names so I could tell them thanks on here.

Alan is by far the BEST here. Any time I walk in the store he is always the first one to greet me with a friendly hello and a smile. He is quick at helping me fix any issues I have with my phone and answer any questions I may have in a prompt courteous manner. I refuse to go to anyone else but Alan when I come in.

Alan was hands down the best person to work with on finding me a new phone! He was kind and took his time explaining the differences between a few phones I was interested in. I will be back for sure! Thank you Alan.
