Best shopping experience I have ever had in my 42 years of life! I could’ve found my dining room set without this lovely gentleman who helped me find one. I was worried because my teenager wandered off while I was being assisted, but he came back happy as could be and told me he was “gooning” with some of the other boys in the store, who knew kids these days play mafia?🤣 I got an excellent deal in the end and my teenager didn’t even complain about being out! Will be coming back frequently!

Never thought I’d give a Walmart 5 stars but this one was clean. The check out lady was very helpful, friendly and liked what she was doing, very nice. Definitely worth the drive instead of going to one in Springfield.

Good Walmart to stop by for guys that need large size clothing! Most Walmarts sell out of the larger sizes faster and leave you without your need being filled!!

I've been a local guide in Texas but I have recently moved to Lincoln. I must say this walmart is the best I've been in in terms of product availability and cleanliness. I will add one negative. If you get something that has a clearance tag or sale tag on the shelf make sure you take a picture and be watchful when checking out. I have had a few issues lately but as soon as I show a picture I get the sale price.

I went in with a friend and left spending $$$. They had really good deals. I couldn't help it! I'll be going back!

Good, except they need to carry DUKE'S mayonnaise so I don't have to drive to Meijer's in Springfield to get it!

Definitely have a lot of good sales here,everyday. You just have to be there at the right time

Great service from Mary a cashier. Friendly and efficient. Also since they got a new mgr store aisles are clear.

We live in Petersburg and mostly do our shopping at the Springfield Walmarts. I must say almost everything at this location seemed to be well stocked. Wasn't a single item I couldn't find. A night & day difference between y'all & the Springfield locations. We may just end up going 10 minutes further to shop in Lincoln from now on.

This is the most well managed Walmart I have, ever, shopped. It’s always well staffed, well stocked, and well kept. The staff goes above and beyond, and the cashiers are all efficient, and, profusely pleasant. I, honestly feel like I am shopping at a Walmart on another planet, lol.

Though busy at times they seem to have what you need.

I do work here now, this is now my 3rd week. I’ve seen customers get mad at the Team Leads & managers because apparently didn’t have what the customer “wanted”. Honestly no one should be treated with miscommunication or disrespect. I for one like my staff & this store. I will stay here & be there for them. I really love Walmart & what it has to offer.

This store has Cabot Greek yogurt but the Springfield stores do not.

We found everything we wanted included our Starbucks vanilla lattes and I got a sweet watermelon there so I couldn't be happier

Customer service is not rude like people are claiming. Sometimes it’s just a bad customer. I’ve never been refused service and pushed through by an employee. I’ve always been helped and helped right away also with a good attitude. I give respect as a customer so I get respect right back.

Lea in auto was very nice and helpful. I waited almost 2 hours on patching a tire. At first they said there was no nail in my tire. It was crazy

Clean, well kept up. Friendly and smiling employees. They were really busy stocking shelves, etc. Only down fall was the ladies restroom. A quick 3 minute pickup and it would fine. With the amount of customers in the store I can somehow see how the bathroom could be forgotten.

If you are going to an area Walmart; this is the one to choose. It’s not as large as the locations in Springfield but it appears to be a safer location. I can find most of what I need and the shopping experience is much better than what I was getting in Springfield.
