Steak 'n Shake

It's great because you hardly have to interact with anyone. Just wait in their spacious and clean restaurant for your name to be called, and you will end up with a really great burger in your hands. Can't be beat.

Food was good. A little greasy but that’s expected with steak and shake. Girl at the drive through window was nice.

I gave 5 stars because the gal running the drive thru was clearly the only one working and she rocked it!! We came through about 2:30 June 23rd. It took forever to get food but she did it with a smile and got our order correct. A++++ to her!!

The food was good. The customer service wasn't that great. We ordered milkshakes and they didn't tell us the whip cream machine was broken. When we got the shakes they didn't give us the right straws. My shake was really watery like and my daughter's was so thick that she still couldn't use the straw for it 20 minutes later. It was like a ghost town inside, hardly any customers or employees. The employees need to be better trained on proper customer etiquette.

Great food and great service! Ordering only available through kiosks, which at first we were skeptical of, but it made ordering from an unfamiliar menu a breeze and actually helped all of us get what we wanted quicker and easier. Food arrived rather fast, we didn't have too much interaction with staff but when we did they all seemed very nice. Our food was enjoyed by all and made correctly. Dining area could have been a little cleaner, but it was lunch time when we stopped and they were extremely busy so that was understood. Definitely recommend stopping here!

One of the few places in the USA where a truck driver can get a garlic double! I stop every time i drive by this route.

I love the kiosk option! I know that I can overlook my order and be held responsible for anything put in incorrectly. If I ever have questions, they are always ready and willing to help! Y'all rock!

Great food as always. Place was completely empty which was nice as the bus load of high-school bowlers and us found seats no problem. Lots of complaining coming from the back however. Not sure why as the place was dead before we got there.

This place was amazing. I talked to the cashier, asked how long my Togo order would take, she told me 5 minutes. I received my food in probably 3? This is the fastest steak 'n shake I have ever been to. Highly recommend.

I'm passing through here and it's not the same as the other steak'n-shakes, the milkshake has a different flavor, it's special, delicious, my husband ordered a bbq hamburger and he says it was the best, I really recommend it here!

We showed up with a party of 22 at 10:15am. We had one waitress that took our orders and served all food and drinks by 10:35am. The food was all very good and shakes were great. We had a great experience, will definitely stop next time we come through.

Very quick and efficient restaurant. You order at a kiosk, then pick up your order at a counter. Ours was ready very quickly. We've always loved their shakes!

They do a really amazing job with large groups. My scholastic bowl team visits frequently when we are in season.

2nd review - They have gone to no table servicem this particular location was always PACKED, but now they barely have anyone in there at all.

I love this Steak n Shake. I was told it was the largest in the country. Great location as well. I frequent this place for the variety and the customer service. Their milkshakes are to die for and their Cajun burgers are a perfect blend of spice and forever. This place is usually packed and the service is always fast.

First time going to one of these restaurants and food was really good and price was amazing. Would definitely come back again. Staff where also really friendly.

Good location, good food, great price... What's not to like??? I was able to pull off the highway, order food, use the restroom and be back on the road with my lunch in just under eight minutes as well as five dollars!

I was trying to beat a storm, and this made me feel a lot better even though it probably made very little difference in the grand scheme of things.
