2023/10/23 - they helped my daughter with her car on a couple of occasions and treated her with respect; trust me, I would hear about it. Repairs were done quickly, on time, and under estimate. Thank you.

Carx in Macomb did a fantastic job with my truck putting new tires on. They were fast and professional. I don’t recommend too many business’ but I recommend them.

Took my car in for an oil change a couple of months ago. Service was excellent and very thorough. In addition to the oil change several key inspections were done and a comprehensive review of the findings were provided as I was settling up. I was advised that my battery was needing replaced and was offered the opportunity to have it done while I was there that day, but I chose to wait. I was advised to have it done before it got cold…..long story short: I waited too long and my battery died! Wish I had listened but I won’t make that

Fantastic customer service!!! We had a flat tire with -5 degree weather and a car full of kids. They stopped what they were doing, even though they had a full shop, and replaced our tire in less than 30 minutes. They also found the best deal, which was unexpected. Highly recommend!

Needed a tire patch ASAP. I changed my flat and brought the flat tire in, they were able to get it patched reasonably quick (Lethal Weapon 2 was on in the waiting room so I was good). They put the tire back on for me and it's been right as rain ever since.

Aaron and his staff are amazing. I had 2 of my vehicles down and they fixed them both for me the same day! Actually in a few hours AND they were busy as well. They did not put me off, they cared about and wanted to fix my situation. I will never go anywhere else for vehicle repair. Aaron and his crew really want to help people and should be commended for their great service! Thank you Aaron and crew!

Needed brake work done and they were able to schedule me in only a few days out. I was able to get in, get a quote, and get services within 2 hours which is what they estimated when I made the appt. Staff is upfront and friendly. So far, my brakes are running smoothly!

Excellent guys , Wonderful manager so I took my car in because I noticed the antifreeze coolant was leaking after inspection which they always offer free of charge they found nothing wrong with the car but noticed that a wrong coolant was applied to the car which wasn’t my fault because the company I went to buy the coolant from gave me a wrong one and so they have to do a coolant flush which gonna cost me huge buck but that wonderful manager called the other company on my behalf and made them pay for the repair cost because it was their mistake . Thank you so much guys for fighting for me

Pretty good auto repair, good at what the do, fair prices and easy to talk to. They also keep good records so if u need info from several yrs back they can tell y what u need to know.
But they are not perfect. After checking air on all tires including the spare they forgot to reset the the controls and I didn't catch until nearly home. I had to turn around and go back. They discovered their error quickly and told me up front they had goofed and apologized. I contend them for their hosesty!.

We had my car worked on at Walmart and several issues started to appear afterward. Car X got us in quickly and corrected the issues. We’ll definitely be using their services from here on out! I recommend trying them out too!

They’re professional and I really liked the person who joined as a new employee at the front desk. Very friendly and took care of all my issues. 100% satisfied as a customer.

Car-X in Macomb has always given me great service at a good price and has never tried to talk me into repairs that I didn't need. Stephanie and the manager are kind, attentive and never try to high pressure you into purchasing what you can do without. They are punctual and the bill is always exactly what they tell you it will be.

Been there several times for problems. Haven't had a bad experience yet. Thought I had a coolant leak, they determined that there wasn't one, and didn't charge for the pressure check they did. Comfortable waiting area and a short walk to several nearby restaurants and shops doesn't hurt to help pass the time, either.

Went for my first oil change as an adult woman and they were amazing! The manager, Aaron, and his entire crew are just exceptional and nice local people! Highly highly highly recommend!

Can i rate them more then 5 stars? Where do i begin. Well first with the manager aaron. He is beyond knowledgeable super friendly and outgoing. He goes above and beyond to get you what you need. I went in for new tires amd a oilchange for my truck. He got me the best fit tires that are aggressive tread but dont hum going down the road. I asked for a visual inspection as im leaving town and his tech gary did it right away he let me know of my trucks issues and we set up a appointment to get them taken care of before i leave town. Aaron also treats carx like a hotel. He is constantly cleaning it and making sure other customers are ok or if they need anything. He doesnt try to upsale you to make a quota he will sale you what doesnt break the bank. After my experience here i refuse to go anywhere else. If you havent been here yet be sure you go. The lady that works the counter is A+ she is kinda and explains everything to me. She is really understanding when I say I can't afford something or I'll do it myself. Never had them say I needed an unnessasry service yet.

The guy seems like he doesn't want to be there or he is the owners step son who can't get his own job.

They don't laugh when I bring my beatup SUV in for oil changes.
