Woodrum has always done a great job! They service both my company, and personal vehicles. They have never steered me wrong and always keep me up and running.

I've been trying to buy a new Toyota Prius for the past 4 years. At each St. Louis area dealership, I was told that supplies were limited & you must put down a deposit and wait about 4-6 months or longer to get one; in Sept. 2023 I did put down a deposit for a 2024 LE; unfortunately, in Jan. '24 my 2008 Prius, with 186,100+ miles died--"fortunately" it was only the 12V Battery and not the original Hybrid Battery, which I still had. Still no 2024 Prius' in St. Louis. Via Edmonds, I was referred to Woodrum Toyota of Macomb, IL--they had three 2024 XLE Prius' in stock--I called, negotiated a deal, and drove there to buy my car. Unlike many dealers, there was no pressure & I truly paid just sticker price for my new car. The Woodrum Team was just the best--from my salesperson, Rich, to his boss, Jared, to the financial fellow, Michael, they all went the extra mile to help me and treated me like they had known me forever. Woodrum Toyota provided the BEST customer service I've ever had at a car dealer and it was well worth the 3-hour drive from St. Louis, MO to get my new car. Thank U Woodrum!

Had bought a vehicle out of town and had purchased the extended warranty. We were having transmission slippage and took it to Woodrum’s to have it fixed got that taken care of and noticed a leak a week later so called them and got it right in. Under further investigation a mouse had chewed some wires and the leak was my water pump. A big high five to Nick Robinson and Melissa Hardist for your excellent customer service.

Jared the manager here is awesome! Takes very good care of his customers and is super friendly and honest without being pushy. The sales staff reflects his management style. Dylan helped us with purchasing our vehicle and he was just great. He was super helpful and polite. What I appreciated most about Dylan is he was super attentive even when he had multiple customers at the same time. He was made sure to check in periodically while we were waiting for tech issues to be resolved. He also went above and beyond after the sale was finalized and came out to the vehicle to set up the computer and show some of his personal fave features of the car. Thanks guys! We WILL be back!!

Great experience working with Woodrum Automotive today! Dealership was 2 hours away from our home; they were great to work with in getting all the details and our deal dialed-in over the phone before we made the drive up. We felt they were fair on our new vehicle price and also on our trade. Brad was our sales professional and a real pleasure to work with, as were the sales and finance managers. By far the smoothest and most enjoyable vehicle purchase I’ve experienced. During this post-pandemic, car shortage madness, Woodrum Toyota delivered on our car buying experience! We shopped around for a van but other dealerships were price gouging and taking advantage of the car shortages.
That was not the case at Woodrum! It was well worth our 75 mile drive to meet with Cole, who helped us find the right van. Sales manager, Jared, was nothing but professional. He gave us a great price on our new vehicle and excellent value on the trade in. From start to finish, this was an easy process with no pushy sales tactics. Best experience we had by far, so it is definitely worth the drive to Macomb to check out this dealership if you are in the market!

All of the staff were kind and courteous. They worked with us to get a great deal on a well taken care of used vehicle. They didn't try to push a lot of "extras" on us. All of the employees are local and you can definitely feel that. We were in and out in a little over one hour. We were very pleased with our experience. We drove an hour and a half, but we will definitely choose to go back to them for future vehicles.

Honest dealer and very responsive
In this age where dealers are greedy and charging thousands of dollars for the market adjustment, it's hard to find dealer who are honest. Amazing experience! I bought a new 4 Runner this month from Dave. He was top notch service. The entire staff was great. I hit a big deer 1 week later and totaled (safety was awesome on this truck) the truck. Dave and progressive worked together and today I drove off with my new truck (exchanged right out within 1 week). It was all handled with great experience. The owner of Woodrum handled some of the activities as well. I couldn't have been more happy. I bought both trucks at Woodrum and would do it all again!
