While Heritage Bank is not as sophisticated as some of their competitors, their service at this location is superb. The staff here is both patient and friendly.

Great bank and service, only issue plaguing all branches no way to deposit cash from ATM

Going through the drive thru I put 2 checks in the tube. One for me (with an ID) and one for him ( with an ID). I have been cashing checks for a long time and when 2 people are cashing a check they are put in separate envelopes but this girl put our money together! Also 400 dollars in ALL twentys!!! Now that is not right! And when I called to complain this.girl said I was wrong that they always put checks together and only time they use envelopes is when there's change. Help me out am I wrong to thinks that my check would be added to someone elses just because we are in the same car.
