My son's birthday cake was HUGE hit at his party. Multiple people said it was delicious and asked where we got it and some even said it was the best cake they've ever had! We ordered half banana and half vanilla with cream cheese frosting. They did a fabulous job at decorating it to my son's liking as well. I am not sure I'll order from anywhere else. Coincidentally, my mom order my baby shower cake for my son 9 years ago from Petit 4 Pastry and that was a huge hit also.

Very delicious and beautiful cakes. Huge variety! I was weary of the red white and blue cheesecake but it actually had the best texture and tasted great. The brownie was a little too rich for me but i should've known better haha. The boba was also really good! No actual tapioca boba or milk tea, just poppers and fruity drinks, which was a bummer. But the mango tea with peach poppers was good nonetheless. Next time I'm in Michigan i will be back!

Having some time to burn on a Tuesday morning, I came here with my wife and mother. We had heard about this bakery on Woodside, in an area of Greater Bay City that we hardly ever come to... now we're definitely coming back. There is a variety of expertly crafted goods for display -- from danish, to macaroons, to breads, cakes and cookies... even donuts. All looked delicious. The cherry and cheese danishes were very good: they reminded me of the closed 'Old World Bakery' in south Bay City. This type of danish might look similar to the monstrosities in a grocery store; however, the flavor and texture is a completely different experience. The 'Irish Soda Bread' was also very good. It had a slight caraway seed flavor and plump golden raisons -- it was even better toasted with butter. Once again... I will definitely return.

Petit four pastry has always done a wonderful job with the cupcakes I have ordered but my baby shower cupcakes were absolutely amazing! Highly recommend.

The shop is small but the desserts are plenty. The presentation of these treats are wonderful and they taste even better than they look. Everyone was impressed with the cake, various flavored bars and cookie I brought home. They will definitely get more of my business in the future. Hidden gem for sure. Sad I didn't find it sooner.

I got the fruit tart, lemon bar, bread pudding and cherry cream cheese bar. Everything was so beautiful and it all taste wonderful every time. I also love how there are different seasonal options.

I'm not a big pastry eater but recently my wife brought a piece of their "Celebration" cake. It was amazing. We looked them up and went to see for ourselves. I'm hooked! If you want something that is elegant and good quality, go there. It is not just a sugar fix.

This is a rare jewel of a bakery.
They sell mind blowing good European pastries. If you are a, "Foodie" you will appreciate this place.
What they serve is mouth watering ART.

The moment I walked into Petit Four Pastry, I knew I was in the right place! I have searched for four (4) years for a place that makes a g👀d Carrot 🥕 Cake 🍰! Well the search is over! I found you! I drove from Southgate MI a 138 miles, and I’m impressed and so was everyone at the party 🎉 🎊🎈! The Homemade Peanut 🥜 Butter, Oatmeal & Raisins, White with a large Chocolate 🍫 drop, C👀kies, and Cinnamon Buns with Cream Cheese 🥯 Frosting, I purchased in addition to that Great 👍 Carrot 🥕 Cake 🍰. Everything was perfect 👌 to the taste palette and eye appealing! Plus I had the pleasant experience of Chris’s helpful and friendly personality! Essexville and the Bay City 🌃 Area you don’t know what a gem 💎 you have here!

Small family owned bakery specializing in high end pastry. Both chefs are from Europe, and use recipes from their homeland. Doughnuts are $1.25 apiece, but are huge. Family favorite is their pillow-like cinnamon rolls. Specialty pastries are made fresh every day. Half sheet cake are made to order, and a bit pricey for the area, but if you want a quality product that is obviously not from a box store, this is where to go. They also make wedding cakes. They usually have a soup and sandwich available for lunch as well.

Excellent customer service, friendly, helpful, quality goods. I originally made plans to order a cake for a bridal shower in March— that had to be cancelled due to Covid. Come June, Louise and her team were able to accommodate me and create pretty much the same cake I had been wanting: tiered, semi-naked with a custard/pudding filling and vanilla buttercream. Top-notch!

Definitely my choice on wedding cakes or any special occasion desserts. Awesome job Ladies!

Such beautiful and flavorful pastries! The fruit torts are absolutely the best with a shortbread crust and piled high with so many different fruits and berries.

Vegan options that don't require large quantity orders are awesome. Regular bakes are delicious also and they serve lunch on days their open yumm!
