I love Home Depot, always have! Home Depot is a store where any half smart fella with Youtube and a little mechanical inginuity can fix all the simple stuff in a house that needs fixing without paying big bucks to have it done.

Wanted to give a huge shoutout to Ben the manager for his incredible customer service. He helped us when we were experiencing an issue with a previous store. If it wasn’t for him we would not have come back! Go Ben! Thank you for your hard work!

I've never had a problem with the Auburn Maine Home Depot and I go there frequently since purchasing my house. My compliments to the paint department crew for resolving my issue so professionally. As long as our local Home Depot continues to employ top notch, friendly people I'll continue to be a customer.

Just got my new Husky tool box hooked up , & I love it ! I was using a 4 drawer tool cart from Harbor freight , & it wasn't big enough anymore . This 46" work bench should take me a little while to fill up ....

Bought a 20" Ryobi Electric Lawnmower (not the self propelled version). Super impressive machine. I really put it through its paces with some 24" tall grass.

Just purchased a new John Deere riding lawnmower and when it was delivered I had a few issues with it. I contacted Andrew the store manager and he took care of all of my problems! Way to go above and beyond thank you Home Depot!

Found everything I was looking for and the prices were good. Will be going back to pick up more items.

The Auburn HD is a good store. There keep a decent stock and the employees are usually friendly and eager to help.

Had such a great experience today. We needed to look at hot water tanks and get info and etc. Scott was more than helpful from talking to us, helping us pick out things for the tank, telling us about his experiences in the field, and so on! Thank you Scott for your awesome customer service. You went way above and beyond!

The Home Depot at the Topsham Fair Mall is a nice store to shop in with very helpful employees.

I've been working on house projects, and have found HOME DEPOT the most helpful. They are very kind and are willing to go above and beyond to help the customer. Staff are always nice and knowledgeable. They supplied manufacturer phone number when a product was defective. Manufacturer sent someone local to fix it at no cost. Was a great experience. Also had an item shipped to the store for me to pick up. This was after another place cancelled on me with no explanation. HOME DEPOT even helped me load it. In my experience over the last 2 stressful years, everyone still remains helpful, positive and courteous. Thank you. We need more like you!!

Didn't end up buying anything this trip but my main stop was a return I got from the Augusta location. The Auburn staff were super nice, Home Depots return policy is one of the best. No questions asked in this case, I had my digital receipt on my phone which made things simple. I would recommend not using dark mode where the lady had to punch in the numbers by hand where their scanner couldn't read my phones dark mode.

I recently went to Home Depot to purchase two window air conditioners. The shelves were nearly empty. Unfortunately due to the high demand in air conditioner's, I was only able to purchase one air conditioner. I had to wait a week for another shipment of air conditioners. But I didn't mind the wait. The employess were very helpful & friendly.

Very knowledgeable associates. My family goes almost every week and we are treated like family. Sparky in the electrical department is the best and always has time for us, whether its something we need or to chat. We bring in our dog and the ladies at customer service always give him some love. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful.
