In my times of dealing with True value insurance I have always been treated with respect and in a professional way. I will continue to do business with this company because I am treated like a human being and not talked down to unlike other companies I have dealt with in regards to insurance. Kent has been very easy to deal with in my transition to this company and I highly recommend True Value insurance agency to all my friends and family.

I highly recommend this company to everyone! I have been with them for a few years now and the one time I had to file a claim I was able to call in the middle of the night when the accident happened and I've never had someone fight so hard for me in my life! I love Kent and Jennifer because you never get the run around, just up front honesty. If you want someone who is out to help you come to True Value for all your insurance needs, if you want someone who is only out to line their pockets stay with your current insurance agent 🤷

I had been with my previous insurance company for over 17 years, and never really felt like my agent even thought of me after my signature was on the policy contract. I had mentioned I was thinking of switching companies and my agent stated he was going to email my husband's email, (who is deceased and they were informed of his passing) to make sure that he was okay with my decision. That was the final straw for several reasons.

Kent and True Value are willing to go above and beyond for his clients. He not only will help find a policy that fits in their budget, but that covers everything they could possibly need. He also helps to educate not only his clients, but his friends as well, so they know what to watch for to not fall for gimmicks or tricks that will trap them in a policy that might leave them hanging in a worst case scenario.

Being a small business owner myself, it is important that not only my personal home and cars are insured, but that my business properties are as well. True Value Insurance Agency LLC walked me through which coverages are necessary for me to have to protect everything I have. They even went further to help my tenants get a renter's policy that will help protect them as well.

There is no one I would rather have as my agent. Kent is not only the agent we deserve, but he is the agent we have all needed for so long.

I've not been able to drive for the last 4 months and Kent and Jennifer help me get the insurance I needed to get back on the road. I have 32 points on my license and I also have to have an SR22. I have special driving privileges awarded to me by the court and my rates are absolutely amazing! I have never seen two people work is hard as Kent and Jennifer did to help me out on a Saturday and Sunday. I would recommend this insurance company to everyone and anyone. Kent and Jennifer have gone above and beyond to get me to a quote I’m way more comfortable with. They cut my insurance cost in half per month, and gave me better coverage. They want you to be knowledgeable about what you’re paying for. It would be a disgrace to miss out on the customer service too. I know if I have a problem I can call or text them 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. Keep it up!

Before determining what kind of car insurance was best for me, Jennifer worked with me over the course of a few days to help me solve a couple problems I wasn't aware I had. I was frustrated and upset, but she was very helpful, answered any questions I had and explained them the best way she could. I'm very thankful for the time she spent with me and for her patience, exceptional work ethic, positive attitude and kind personality.

My previous insurance company was charging me quite a bit amount of money for insurance. Knowing the owner through Facebook, I decided to see if I could save a bit of money, while helping a friend/local business. Jennifer was a huge help, and an absolute delight. She was able to save me $32 a month, and was able to get me better coverage. They found a customer for life. You can't find better, more honest people anywhere.

this is hands down the absolute best insurance company i have ever dealt with. they go above and beyond just to make sure their clients are fully taken care of. they dont think of you as just a policy number. they think of you as family. they saved me $70 a month with the exact coverage i had. then when i had questions about closing out my other policy they helped me with that. they think of things that might possibly happen and have you prepared for it ahead of time so if the time comes you will be prepared.

I just want to say that Jennifer & Kent are truly amazing! I was involved in a car accident last September and after struggling for a year with Geico to get the money I was owed, I did what any upset person would do, I posted a comment on FB about looking for a new insurance company. Jennifer came across my post and reached out to me letting me know she could help me find a new insurance provider that would fit my needs. When I explained to Jennifer the stressful situation I was in with my insurance provider, she immediately said Kent could help me. After providing the police report and all my documents to Jennifer she let me know that my insurance company had listed me at fault for the accident when in fact I wasn’t at fault. If Jennifer wouldn’t have ran my information to help me find a new insurance provider, I would have never known my insurance company put me at fault for the accident. The very next day I called Kent and talked to him and we had a 3 way call with my insurance provider. Kent went above and beyond and wouldn’t take no for an answer. He called and talked to my claim representative that wouldn’t even answer or return my calls. Thanks to Kent, my stressful year long battle with my insurance company is finally coming to an end. I’m finally getting the money that I am owed. A battle that has taken me over a year took Kent a few days! I would recommend this company to anyone! They are very informative and definitely are about the customer. Working with them, I didn’t feel like just another scripted client passed off to several people having to to explain my story a million of times. If I could rate you guys a million stars I would! After being in contact with Kent, it is apparent that he is unlike any other agent. Not only does he take time to explain the different types of coverage and what you need, but his level of passion for what he does is unmatched. While I have not yet purchased a policy with this company, Kent has still been more than gracious enough to offer a free quote and has worked with me to answer all questions and concerns. I personally don't have insurance through True Value, simply because I live in KY, but I have known Kent for 3 years now and would gladly give him my business if I ever move to Indiana! I love this company. I’ve been with them for a while now and have referred many people. The customer service is great! I love how I can message Jennifer at any time and she’s quick to get back with me. The quotes i receive are always in the price range I wanted. I have used many different insurances but this company is by far my favorite. It’s defiantly worth it!

Kent and his team are amazing! They have went above and beyond for me. I called because I was suspicious of the agent I had prior to Kent and was in fact over paying by $100.00 a month! Any special needs you may have he will work with you to the best of his ability to make sure the process in smooth! He will fight for your rights I highly recommend True Value!

I wish there was an option to accurrately rate having True Value Insurance, 5 starts isnt even close enough to the rating they deserve! Had a horrible experience with my past insurance company and wasn’t getting the coverage I was paying for. Called True Value Insurance Agency, LLC at 8 at night. My call was answered right away and they stayed on the phone with me until after 9 talking to me about what I wanted and what I could afford and what I needed. They made me feel like I wasn’t just a number . They treat you like you’re part of a family. The whole call was all about me and my needs . It was a totally different experience. They honestly care about their customers and any concerns they may have . They will be right there for you day or night to support you and be there for you. I wish I would have known about this company years ago! I would much rather support a company who honestly cares about you and will fight for you and your rights, than a company who treats you like a number and cares more about money than you as a person. I would recommend True Value a million times over !!!

Coming from a 26 y/o whose had her mother's insurance, Jennifer & Kent went above & beyond to make it easy for me! Explained everything ( once or twice if needed) & were very knowledgeable. They definitely look out for everyones best interest, not just seeing people as dollar signs.

I absolutely recommend Kent&his team. I have had nothing but bad luck with insurance and now I have agents whom I can call and personally go see if needed. I have never had an agent stick their neck out for me or give me advice when I was in a bad situation.
