Ella cut my hair today. I really needed a little pick me up today. She spent time talking with me about what I wanted and made great suggestions. My hair has so much more movement than before and she made my curls beautiful. This is the most talented stylist I have worked with! Thank you, Ella!

Sherry Love cut my hair for the first time this past weekend. My mom has been going to her for a while and raved about her. I have never in all my life had such an amazing haircut. She was so precise and did exactly what I asked her to. She was very thorough and made sure my hair cut was perfect. I was so scared to let anyone touch my hair after years of people not giving me what I ask for, I had given up. I'm so glad I went to her. No one else will touch my hair as long as she's in business, I'm not going anywhere else. I live in Indianapolis and I will drive the hour and half every time to have my hair done right. If you have had bad experiences in the past go see Sherry, you will be so glad you did. I was blown away by the service and her attention to detail. Thank you so much Sherry for making me love my hair again.

I had an appointment with Ella today. I have been out of work and just found a new position. Ella I can't even put into words made my hair look absolutely amazing! Even more my self esteem shot through the roof. I feel so beautiful now. I feel ready to conquer! I would highly recommend Ella she is very consistent In her work. My daughter goes to her now too. She is a senior and a model. She has done beautiful work on her hair as well. Ella for sure five stars.

I get about 2-3 manicures a year, Michelle and Chanda been doing them for many years. I come up with fun designs and they always do a great job. They are always in a great mood and are very personable. Both are hard not to love. And their pricing is almost as wonderful as they are

I absolutely love this place! I have been to the secret salon twice now to get highlights, and let me tell you Mz V the owner is one of a kind! The first time I contacted her about my hair she actually did it herself personally. The whole visit I felt like I was getting special treatment, also both times I contacted her she answered the phone right away! I've had a lot of issues with places not answering their phone or not calling me back, sometimes it feels like you have to beg them to take your money lol it's not the case here. This time she was able to get me in on very short notice! (the same day) but was going to be with a different stylist. I had services by Ella and she did such a amazing job, not only did she leave me feeling confident and beautiful for my upcoming vacation, she was a wonderful person and easy to talk to and full of personality. Hands down best salon I've ever been too! Highly recommend

Samantha the owner is wonderful! She goes above and beyond to ensure her clients receive the best possible care. She put so much effort and skill into making sure I was happy with my hair. Truly appreciate it and Husband approved now! 😅

Samantha scheduled me for a later appointment since I don’t get off work until typically 6pm which is really hard to get @ most salons. Really appreciate that. I got a heavy highlight and trim and it turned out great. I got my first Brazilian with her also and she was informative on the entire process, making my experience much easier than I anticipated. 11/10 recommend.

My friend Michele " Micky" has done my hair for years! From long to short! Black and purple and now blonde. She knows my hair the way it grows, the way it takes color and the way it doesn't, she is beautiful inside and out! She is pleasant, funny and as sweet as anyone could be! I recommend Michele and CX C Salon & Spa for anyone young and old like me!

Yay!!!! After a horrific experience at The Color Room, I was scared to try someplace else in Florence. I just moved to the area from Michigan late last summer and was bummed to leave my hairdresser and try and find a new one. I chose the color room on a whim after looking online. The owners daughter butchered my hair and the woman who had the small task of trimming my six year old daughters hair and giving her bangs also did not do a good job, so much so that I had to fix it when we got home.
I heard of CXC from a woman I met while getting blood drawn at the hospital. She suggested going there and that Samantha had done her hair.
Sam at CXC was awesome and made my hair look beautiful. The color is pretty and she fixed my bangs that the other girl messed up so horribly. I feel like myself again! The other girls were really helpful and friendly as well and the whole experience was nice.

I hadn’t had a hair cut for 12 years and I was really scared. Especially because I wanted such a short cut, above my shoulders, but amy took her time and cut a little at a time to make me more comfortable she also showed me several ways I could style it. I’m grateful to have had such a considerate hair stylist. She really made me feel comfortable about cutting my hair. And I love the style too. I can’t stop touching it and playing with it. And now my daughter, who won’t let me touch her hair and was so against me cutting mine, is no w considering getting hers cut as well
