Awesome workers! Very cool and nice easy going.. helpful and very patient! Excellent customer service! Roshanda- I believe her name was, and Kyle make a great team! We didn't get accomplished what we needed too but it's not their fault. It was waiting for a review for the discount being disabled and the $30 off..That's really cool they can do that here also and help with that..it's great they suggested it or asked if we would qualify because that was very helpful and we wouldn't have known they could do that if they didn't ask. So we will be back to get rid of Boost Mobile because they are just awful! We are definitely going back to this location once we get the information we need and the costs to transfer 3+ cell phones we are going back to Metro T-Mobile asap. We wanted to go back today but couldn't make it there. Thanks y'all are great! Definitely deserve 5 ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ See you again soon!!!!

Roshanda was amazing. Literally a life saver. She solved the problem I have been having for weeks. She went above and beyond to help even staying after hours. Made my day saved my business by helping me keep my number linked. All I can say is thank you so much and yessss 5 stars

(8-13-22) Holy Smoke! I just witnessed sales excellence and customer service perfection. Josh delivered on his promise to solve my mobile phone problems. He was knowledgeable and creative in his process. Scott provided support when needed and Roshonda was the cherry on top. They worked well together and have become my Mobile phone dream team. I had a TERRIFIC experience at this store!!! Jake was so friendly and helpful. He took all the time that he (and I) needed to be sure everything was set up properly, and Chad was right there to assist, if needed. These two understand what customer service is all about. I would highly recommend this place.

Even though what I needed done was not able to be done at the store they still didn't tell me that it couldnt be done. I was able to get done what I needed and the clerk helped me as much as she was able to and I am thankful for her time and attention to the matter. Never had an issue with metro and I do recommend them. Also thanks for the free Amazon echo dot. I love it.

Came into the store today and opened a family plan with my husband. The sales agent who helped me was very friendly & clearly answered all my questions. They made it very easy for me to transfer my information over. I was able to keep my same phone number & will be saving myself hundreds of dollars a year compared to my old company. We both received free phones and have great service where we live. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience.

Ive been at Metro PCS for 5 yrs... Ive never been satisfied w the service ... Until yesterday 07/ 16 / 2022...

Well all I can say is he's very good they're very good there all of them very informative very nice want to make sure that you're doing everything the right way and to keep asking you if there's anything else anything else we could help you with very concerning individual I believe his name was Jake and I can't say enough about how good he was and explaining stuff I think he's a good employee I would hire him very nice okay sincerely Danny little boy
