Prompt service! We called Floyd early on morning because our hot water crapped out on us. He arrived an hour after we called and had our hot water heater going with in 20 minutes! Very Nice!!

We had no water at our mobile home. After scouting out the place Mr.Marsh said he does not work with mobile homes. I would not call him asking for help if you have a mobile home.

His bedside manner was imperfect. His voice message gave off the impression of disgust and contempt. I know you should judge people by their skill not their bedside manner, but sensitive people might have been hurt by his demeanor. I give 3/5 stating the facts and my impression as a customer in a dire straight.
