The only reason I chose one star was because I had to. This is the WORST company. They treat their employees like garbage, the managers are horrible people that have zero respect for their drivers, and they have no value for their customers. They have drivers with DUIs that they turn a blind eye to, but let go of valuable hardworking people that improve their horrid company. Do NOT work here, and do NOT use their services, unless they decide to clean house & get new management!

Absolutely horriable. I'd give them no stars if I could. I work at a venue that unfortunately has to use them and every day, no matter what the color or size the linen is disgusting - dirty, wrinkled beyond belief, no sizes on their hanging linen nor are some sized on the tags. Its a shame a company and its employees have no pride in what they sell. They also take forever to pick up dirty linen, the bags they provide are even more disgusting (mud, spiders, grass, they smell) AND they frequently don't deliver on time and don't deliver the specific items your waiting on.
If your looking for a linen company - don't use them.

This company is down right horrible. It is the biggest, most hostile work environment you could ever be a part of. Management is disgusting, lazy sacks of horse poo who sit behind a desk discussing how they want to go around and fire everyone. It amazes me how corporate will not step in either. I'm so glad i got out of this treacherous company when I did! I feel sorry for everyone else who works there still.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! THIS COMPANY REPEATEDLY BILLS FOR THINGS WE DO NOT HAVE. DENNIS HAS TO BE THE LAZIEST PERSON EVER. DUCKS IN AND OUT AVOIDING EVERYONE SO HE CAN SCOOT OUT AND AVOID ANY QUESTIONS. HIS BOSS IS JUST AS BAD. NEVER WANTS TO ADDRESS THE ISSUES THE COMPANY HAS WITH BILLING OR THE LACK OF SERVICE RECEIVED BY DENNIS. IF I COULD RATE 0 I MOST CERTAINLY WOULD!!! BEWARE!

Having bills over bills for those services we haven't received. Plus, even though called a number of time for the last 2 months, nothing hasn't been fixed. Today, I received another one which includes more. Have no idea what's going on.
