Cara's Linen Rental Service

This is for Cara's housecleaning service, the same woman who provides this linen service. I spoke with Cara via text and we agreed that three women would come to my home Friday 8/18 around 2:30 pm to clean my bathroom and my floors for $60. I reiterated all of this via text and Cara confirmed. I arrived home at 12 pm on Friday to ensure I did not miss Cara's crew in case they arrived early. 2:30 came and went. At 2:49 pm, I texted Cara and asked for an ETA. At 3:11 pm I called Cara and left a message asking for an ETA. At 3:27 pm, a man named Henry texted me from Cara's number and said "the girls are running behind with Friday traffic. Will 4:30 pm work for you?" Of course I was NOT happy with them being 2 hours late, but I agreed. 4:30 came and went. I called and texted, but got no response. As I'm writing this, it is 7 pm and no one has called or texted me to cancel or even apologize. They just never showed up and are apparently no longer answering my calls or texts. Do not trust this business to follow through!
