Drive thru is quick. The manager is awesome!

had a rough week and decided to treat myself to a shake and a big mac and was greeted in a friendly manner by a worker named alaina. she was super polite. great service i’m definitely coming back the next time i need a meal.

Took 92 year old mother to breakfast. Fast and good as usual.

Absolutely adore Becky and Dayton Mallory, those ladies are the reason I go to this location every morning :) keep up the great work and appreciate your staff

Great service and kind employees. I didn't realize the smoothie had milk in it and I was just going to switch it out for a frozen pop or something. Instead, they kindly offered to make me a new once without dairy. It was so unexpected and generous.

As far as McDonald's goes this location is pretty accurate with your order and typically has hot and fresh food. Not perfect but this crew seems to be working hard to get it right day in and day out. Thanks!

This McDonalds was such a joy to visit after all of the Covid issues. These workers acted like they were thrilled to see me in person. They welcomed my special request order—I often get an attitude from other locations. The special order was done perfectly! I’m visiting from out of state but was very impressed with the level of friendliness and service I received today.

I stop here often and they’re consistently delicious. Their ice cream machine is almost never down, there was one time that their McCafé machine was down but it was promptly fixed! A fast and easy place to go for fast food.

When in Petoskey, stop here as often as I can. The dining room and restrooms are clean. Service quick. And the crew members are friendly. Fries are hot!

Order was correct, took a little longer than normal, but it was hot. Can't complain.

I stopped late in the day, they had run out of mushrooms but didn't realize it until I placed my order. Gave me a full refund for the sandwish plus the sandwish without the mushrooms!!! I was more than happy.

Normally I don't have a bad or necessarily great experience at McDonald's & am ok with that. The young man working at the counter was fantastic. He was very attentive, friendly, helpful & is a wonderful customer service worker!

Charged my phone. Had some food while my cabin was being cleaned. Friendly staff. Good food.

friendly people very clean place sweetheart working at the cash register but they did not have a lot of people working so everybody was waiting for a very very long time and it wasn't even dinner rush yet and the manager act like he couldn't be bothered wouldn't even come to the front to help the girls out so from now on it's how she has to McDonald's I will be going to the one up there by the hospital from here on out

I had a question about the price on the screen compared to my order and the girl at the drive thru was so rude. She rolled her eyes at me. Needless to say, I left and will be going to the other petoskey McDonald's from now on.

Pretty solid. Im basing the review off of mcdonalds, so if you dont like mcdonalds dont try this one just cause i gave it 5 stars Lol. Quick service, clean, polite, and food is up to par. So far everything ive gotten here has been very fresh, could be the location or could just be my luck, but i like it either way! Ima give this Ronny Mcdonny the big 5.0 on the star meter!

The food and the service was good. I've been to this McDonald's quite a bit and have had no problems.

After going to other McDonald’s in larger cities recently, I realize how much better our small town Petoskey McDonald’s is. Thank you!
